This condo is situated on the 12th floor with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony is very spacious and accommodating with access to it from the living room and master bedroom. The uniqueness of the 'Wall of Windows' from the living room offer some of the best beach views in all of Destin.
The master bedroom and second bedroom both have king size beds. The kids room has two sets of bunk beds and the living room sofa can also be utilized as a sleeper sofa. Maximum occupancy of ten, please.
Jade East has a new and larger pool deck and swimming pool with a nice boardwalk over the dunes to the beach. For the avid tennis player, there is also a lighted tennis court on the property. For the grilling enthusiast, there are three gas barbecue grills and nice picnic area for the family to enjoy a dinner by the beach.
And for the kids, don't forget ....Big Kahuna's is located just across the street from Jade East, so no worries about having to fight the Destin traffic, you're right there!

What can I say. We were really lucky to find such a GREAT place to stay and thankfully it was still open. The condo was very clean and had extras when we got here - like soap, dish and laundry detergent, ice already made. The owner is absolutely wonderful and did not mind me calling when we were lost getting here. Between the the owner being so helpful and the condo FANTASTIC - you couldn't ask for more. Oh the price was WONDERFUL - maybe I shouldn't say this but I heard other people in other units were paying more than we were - don't raise the price on us!! We are most definitely coming back down to this unit - have already saved as one of my favorites.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
