    My husband and I stayed at five fall estate with our three boys for one week. We were met at the door and given a tour of the house and shown how everything worked. From that point on we had complete privacy. The house was fully stocked with everthing we would need. The bedrooms were so spacious and comfortable. The game room, gym, and hugh back yard kept the boys occupied for hours. The indoor pool was amazing with the hot tub and swim up bar. They even had a bbq right near the pool so we could eat and swim all day. The week flew by and it was hard to leave at the end of the week. We hope to go back soon.     My family from around the east coast needed a larger home for Thanksgiving. We rented the Five Falls Estate. The house was beautiful. We were given a tour and shown how to use all the electronic and gadgets the home had. The residence was beautiful and clean. It's proximity to Philadelphia airport was also a plus. We all got to visit, cook meals, swim, play the Wii and X box, exercise in the gym and watch movies on the huge screen. Five Falls is a wonderful place for a party or family get away in the atmosphere of home:)

    Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

    I would recommend Five Falls Estate to anyone looking to hold an amazing event. I have attended a holiday party two years in a row and can't wait to get back there this year. The atmosphere is astonishing and John is a wonderful host. The best part about Five Falls Estate is that it is always warm enough to go swimming, even in the middle of December.

    I have been visting this self-contained paradise for 7 years for an annual holiday party and it is THE party that I look forward to each year. You really couldn't ask for anything more in a vacation house than what is provided and it seems to only get better each year!

    I recommend Five Falls for any occasion. The furnishings and decor of the venue are fantastic – when you step inside it feels like a tropical oasis. The swim-up tiki bar and pool volleyball were a hit at our office holiday party. Five Falls was well maintained and very accommodating, making our holiday party a memorable one.

    Five Falls Estate is a great place for a group party/get together. Last year was my first experience, and I cannot wait to go back this December! The atmosphere makes you feel like you are in a tropical paradise. I would definitely recommend it for any group event!

    I have attended the Five Falls Estate two years in a row and I am looking forward to a third and fourth and fifth time!! In the middle of December, the palm trees, temperature, and layout of this place makes me think I'm back in Florida at the beach. Hanging out in the tiki bar/hot tub is perfect and all types of good food and drinks are available. The music choices are awesome as well, as we were able to play our own Rhapsody playlist on the ready-to-use computer-speaker hooked-up system. This is definitely a great place to celebrate any and all parties.

    We have been holding our office holiday party at Five Falls Estate for the past 7 years and this event never fails to impress! The pool, hot tub and tiki bar are perfect for any occasion and the catering is always first-rate. Our group is looking forward to another great event at Five Falls Estate this December!

    This was my step-daughter's bachelorette party I attended on July 26, 2008. Now I'm 48 yrs. old and let me tell you, I HAD A BALL!!!!!! The house, no mansion was palatial. I felt like I was in Hawaii. The pool was huge, the jacuzzi was warm and the waterfalls were breathtaking. They had house staff to assist our every desire. I plan to attend every function that they give. The owner was very generous, kind, and accommadating. He also was a joy to dance with. There was smoke coming from the ceiling while the adult entertainers danced and the strobe lighting was all that.I really enjoyed your home and THANK-YOU VERY MUCH. I was inudated from all the amentities there,the 50ft.Tv screen over the pool displayed the pictures the owner took that night of the party,the 50in plasma t.v. was my computer screen for me because I was the D.J. rocking the mike. I had a wonderful time and can't wait to return. God bless you, John and Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW WOW WOW. THIS PAST JULY I ALONG WITH MY SISTER ANTONIA'S BRIDAL PARTY GAVE HER A BACHELORETTE PARTY THAT SHE WILL NEVER FORGET. MY SISTER WHO ORIGINALLY WAS GETTING MARRIED IN PUNTA CANA THIS YEAR HAD TO CHANGE HER PLANS AND GET MARRIED HERE IN PHILADELPHIA. WE FIGURED SINCE SHE COULDN'T GET TO PUNTA CANA LETS BRING PUNTA CANA TO HER, AND BOY DID WE. THE FIVE FALLS ESTATE MET AND SURPASS EVERYTHING WE WANTED FOR HER. I CAN NOT EXPLAIN IN WORDS HOW GORGEOUS,BEAUTIFUL,EXOTIC AND CAPTIVATING THIS HOUSE WAS AND LETS NOT FORGET EXCITING. FOR STARTERS THE HOUSE COMES WITH A WONDERFUL AND HELPFUL STAFF THAT WAS THERE TO MET ALL OF OUR WISHES. FROM BEGINNING TO END WE HAD A BALL. THE DANCE FLOOR WAS A HIT, YOU SHOULD OF SEEN MY SISTER (THE BACHELORETTE) DANCING UNDER THE STROBE LIGHTS WITH FOG MACHINES AND BUBBLES LIKE SHE WAS ON A VIDEO SHOOT FOR P.DIDDY OR SOMETHING IT WAS CRAZY AND UNBELIEVABLE, WHAT A SIGHT. I COULD NEVER THANK THE OWNERS ENOUGH FOR WHAT THEY DID FOR ME IN MAKING THIS ALL HAPPEN FOR US. IT'S NOT EVERYDAY THAT PEOPLE GET TO SEE SOMETHING LIKE THIS AND SOME MAY NEVER GET THE CHANCE TO SEE THIS AT ALL. I DONT KNOW HOW MY CORDINATOR NATASHAA SHOEMAKE, FOUND THIS PLACE BUT I AM SO GRATEFUL SHE DID. TO JOHN AND HIS STAFF THANKS A MILLION, YOU HAVE CREATED MEMORIES FOR MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY ESPECIALLY MY SISTER THAT WILL LAST A LIFETIME.     I had the pleasure of having my bridal shower at this beautiful home on 7/26/2008 words can't describe how much fun I had. The pool, bar, hot tub and game room perfect. The music, fog, special effect lighting and to top it off bubbles. The owner John was so nice and the service was excellent. We even had John dancing he was so much fun. I really appreciate John for allowing us to rent his home it was well worth it. I would like to Thank my sister ANGELA and my bridesmaids for the best experience one I will never forget. I strongly recommend this property everyone should enjoy this place.

    AS AN EVENT PLANNER, IT WAS SUCH A GREAT PLEASURE TO EXPERIENCE SUCH A GREAT ESTABLISHMENT. I WAS OVERWHELMED BY THE STAFF AND THE HOSPITALITY THEY PRESENTED. EVERYONE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND SERVED ME AND MY CLIENTS WITH UPSCALE SERVICE.THE PLACE ITSELF WITH ITS LAVISH POOLSIDE ENVIRONMENT MADE IT SEEM AS IF WE WERE IN THE TROPICS OR SOME ISLAND RESORT. THE SPECTACULAR SOUND SYSTEM MADE YOU FEEL AS IF YOU WERE IN A NIGHTCLUB WITH A LIVE D.J PROVIDING THE MUSIC. THE GIGANTIC SCREEN T.V SHOWING LIVE FOOTAGE WAS OVERWHELMING. AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF A SPECTACULAR SPECIAL EFFECTS SHOW CLOSED THE EVENING. AND IT WOULD BE ROBBERY NOT TO MENTION THE CONCIERGE SERVICE, WHO NO MATTER WHAT WAS NEEDED THEY WERE RIGHT THERE TO MEET OUR EVERY NEED. I DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND THIS 5 STAR FACILITY ALONG WITH ITS STELLAR SERVICE TO ANYONE WISHING TO EXPERIENCE A GREAT ATMOSPHERE, AS I CERTAINLY WILL BE USING IT AGAIN. THANK YOU FIVE FALLS ESTATE AND CONTINUE THE GREAT WORK.

    I was there on 7/26/08. All I can say is the house was beautiful. It something like I seen on cribs(the MTV show). The owner was pleasant as well as his staff. I would recommend this rental to every one. It's well worth it!!!
