We bought this property in Southeast North Carolina for its location on a beautiful uncrowded beach, tranquil environment, great restaurants nearby, marshes to explore, historic lighthouse just a walk up the road, and the charming fishing village of Southport.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We particularly like our porch that overlooks lawn, dunes and ocean, whre we enjoy coffee in the morning and watch the sunset over the water in the evening...yes, at an east coast beach! Oak Island is a barrier island located in an east/west position facing south, so we have sunset veiws unavailable at most eastern beaches
