The house is a gabled colonial with a wooded lot and 420 feet of lake shore line. People often see moose, deer and other wildlife in the immediate vicinity. Salmon and trout populate the lake.
The water is pristine in its clarity. In the summer there are many trails for hiking and mountain biking. In the winter the Alpine and Nordic skiing on Saddleback Mountain are among the best in the East.
The site is extremely private.
