"Buttercup Bliss," a cheerful 4 bedroom, 4 bath Watercolor cottage is located at 127 Buttercup Street in the heart of Watercolor Phase 1, only steps away from the beach, the Boat House, the Bait House and Fish Out of Water restaurants, as well as Town Center shopping and everything you need for a perfect vacation. Buttercup Street is also a short stroll to Cerulean Park and Seaside.
This home is beautifully furnished with wonderful upgrades including hardwood floors, wood wainscoting, custom cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a load of extras that make this a truly special home.
The first floor has a wonderful kitchen and living room along with a casual dining table that accommodates 8. The granite breakfast bar also has room for 4. The main level also contains three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Each bedroom has its own TV and DVD player. The second floor is a kids’ heaven with plenty of room to sleep 4, a private bathroom, a game table, and a TV/lounging area complete with a sofa, DVD player, Xbox and games!
Sleeping accommodations include:
Master: a king bed in the master (which is on the first floor)
Guest Room: a queen bed (also on the first floor)
Bunk Room: bunk beds (also on the first floor)
Upstairs Bedroom: two twin beds and a full size bed.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch before heading off to the beach or one of Watercolor’s many pools. The well-equipped kitchen has granite counters and a breakfast bar. If you just can’t leave the office behind, there is high speed internet access.

This is a beautiful rental and within an easy walk of the Beach Club. We enjoyed the easy bike ride to Seaside and the incredible grounds and trails at Watercolor. I highly recommend renting bikes! We didn't need our car the whole week as there are trails all along 30A. The property is beautifully maintained, and the pictures really do not do the rental justice.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

Buttercup Bliss was one of the nicest places we have stayed in the Seaside area. It was definitely the best equipped not only in the kitchen (utensils, dishes, appliances, cookware) but also had great linens and even sand mats for the beach!! It was more spacious than the photo appears and we had much more room than expected. Beds were super comfy and it was beautifully decorated - very "beachy"!! Location was great - only minutes from the beach and large pool (there was parking if you wanted to drive but it was a quick walk), and just a couple of minutes down the path to a smaller, less used pool that was perfect for little kids. Also only about 5 minutes to Publix and a good pizza shop, or a brief walk to Seaside and all of it's quaint shops. We had one of our best dinners at Great Southern Cafe in Seaside across from the amphitheater. Cowgirl Kitchen (Rosemary Beach) was a hit for breakfast one morning when we didn't cook and the burgers at the Beach Club were super. All in all we had a wonderful time, would definitely stay there again, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fabulous place to vacation.

What a lovely well appointed beach escape. My family absolutely adored the house and the time spent in watercolor. We have 2 girls and 2 boys, the girls enjoyed the bunk room, the boys had plenty of space one stayed in downstairs room and one upstairs, upstairs is perfect for several kids(3+), bathroom for each bedroom. Well appointed kitchen, front porch, great place to sit and visit with ceiling fans to keep a breeze. You will not be disappointed in the style as owner has put the extra's to make you feel very comfortable in a stylish beach cottage. We walked to the main pool, rode bikes to Seaside and had a most fabulous time only to retreat to this wonderful home. We Loved it!!
