The apartment is as shown in the pictures on the website. The kitchen is adequately stocked with pots, pans and utensils. The kitchen is long and narrow but large enough for the 2 of us to enjoy morning pastries, evening rotisserie chicken or our own prepared meals sourced from the several shops within one block of the apartment. The balconies are too narrow to sit on but they were great for hanging out wet laundry. The living area was very comfortable and spacious. The apartment is in a very convenient location. It's an easy walk to the train station. The beach is a half a block away, where we enjoyed strolling along the promenade and stopping at one of the many outdoor restaurants for food and drink and a wonderful view of the Med. Parking is in a dark underground garage with a steep narrow incline and two very tight curves. Warning small cars only! However, this garage is probably no worse than any other in this crowded part of France, and we were glad to have the parking space. We left the car parked and walked or took public transportation on our sightseeing trips. We especially enjoyed the bus ride to Ste. Agnes, one of the perched villages, and the train trip to Nice. Ksenya was a pleasure to rent from and responded to all our questions. If you want a relaxed, pleasant stay on the Med, we highly recommend Menton and Ksenya's apartment.

My husband and myself spent January and February here and loved it. The apartment is spacious and clean and close to everything. Bus at the corner and train 2 blocks away. Walking and eating on the promenade everyday was wonderful and only a few feet from the apartment. Minutes to Monte Carlo and Ventimiligia Italy, Grasse and Eze. LOVED IT AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT.

great location very central able to walk all over town, close to railway station, parking available underground but only suitable for small car, narrow ramps and turns to get down. great beach over the road and lots of great resturants close and some excellent patisseries to get those morning pan au chocalate ! nice apartment, clean and well equiped. 15 mins by train to monaco its not worth driving there ! would stay again thanks for sharing your home from home. from nova scotia

Lovely, spacious apartment one block from the sea. The apartment itself is large and bright with a big master bedroom (queen bed) and two large, comfortable sleep sofas in the living room. We had rented a car so used the underground parking space and found it very convenient. The kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge, new dishwasher and stove and a washing machine. Restaurants, cafes and grocery stores are all located nearby. Menton is a beautiful little town with easy access to Nice, Cannes, Monacco and Italy. Excellent train system - the train station is two blocks from the apartment and we used the train to go to Italy. One euro buys a bus ticket to Nice and beyond so travel anywhere along the Cote d'Azur is very easy. We rented the apartment for the last two weeks in April, 2010 and were very happy with our choice. The owner was helpful with directions and any questions we had. I'd recommend this place highly.
