The Villa:
The Villa is a magnificent Provencal-style house on two floors in the traditional perched village of Levens, which is nestled in the hinterland of Nice but only a 25 minute drive from Nice, the airport or the sea. The Villa combines a rural setting with the conveniences of the village, which has all required shops and activities, a mere five minute stroll away.
The Villa has panoramic views of the mountains from all aspects and catches the sun at all times of the day, with outdoor seating areas surrounding the house. It stands on mature landscaped gardens behind secure electric gates and is very private. It has a private swimming pool (heated on demand) with an outdoor bathroom and shower facilities.
It sleeps eight guests comfortably, ideal for adults or a family and boasts all mod cons.
The Studio:
Poolside, there is also a separate Studio which is comprised of a bedroom, kitchen, living area and bathroom. This can be rented additionally to the Villa and sleeps up to four persons.
The Villa is close to all amenities in the area and a 25 minute drive from Nice and the A8 motorway which will take you to Italy or Spain- you pick! It is very close to Cannes, Menton, St Tropez and other coastal towns. |
