The Villa:
The Villa is located near the Tennis center with 25 tennis courts and a outdoor grill which opens at 8am for breakfast and closes at 10pm during the week and 12 midnight on the weekends. This is a third floor unit and connects to the parking lot through a bridge which means no stairs to climb . This offers you a nice breeze to keep cool if you chose natural cooling. The living area has a DVD player , cable , 34 inch TV and ceiling fan.
Master Bedroom
Cathedral ceilings give you an open feeling. The master bedroom has a glass door to the Main balcony providing ample light and view towards the ocean. Your bed is a very nice white Rattan style with sloping corners , 6 drawer dresser and 1 wall mirror. Opening your door will provide a very nice morning sunlight and breeze .The windows have Bahama shutters which provide you with a cool shaded breeze . Includes ceiling fan.
Second Bedroom
Cathedral ceilings with its own Juliete Balcony which opens to provide an excellent breeze. This bedroom has its own cable connection , 24" wall mounted TV, kitchennette , stove ,refrigerator and microwave. Your bedroom is a lockout which offers the maxiumum in privacy or leaving the door open connects to the rest of the villa.
Kitchen
Full ktichen with large side by side refrigerator , electric stove , blender , coffee maker , microwave , toaster and dishwasher . All ultensils for preparing your meal are available as well as cutlery and dishes for 8 persons.
Main Balcony
Relax out on your balcony with a view over the tree tops to the ocean . You can see the island of Vieques . An outdoor table gives you the option of breakfast with the sun rising or dinner overlooking the lights of the coast.
Recommendations
You should rent a Golf cart to better see Palmas del Mar. This is a golf cart community and the best way to get to different beaches is withn a golf cart . Golf cart paths have been designed to take you along the property and right onto the beach.
