Our brand-new and spacious Vacation Home between Lancaster and Strasburg is perfect for Families and the 5 bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. The home is ideally located in a quiet neighbourhood with views on the Amish countryside!
This home comes fully furnished, with air condition and central heating.
The ground floor is wheelchair accessible and contains 1 Master Bedroom with its own a full Bathroom, Family Room with Cable HD TV, Dining Room, fully equipped Kitchen, Powder Room and a separate Laundry room with washer and dryer. The upper floor contains 4 Bedrooms and 2 full Bathrooms.
GROUND FLOOR HIGHLIGHTS
MASTER BEDROOM & BATH
This master bedroom has a Queen size bed with dual side tables & lamps. It also features a matching full length dresser with mirror and a walk-in closet. A seating area invites to relax.
The master bath features a large shower with a sitting area. The double vanity top will make getting ready that much easier. Handicap accessible.
The centre piece of the ground floor is a modern fully equipped KITCHEN, with a BREAKFAST AREA adjacent to an open space Family room. The floor also features a separate DINING ROOM with an extendable table to seat up to 12 guests, a POWDER ROOM, COAT CLOSET and a separate LAUNDRY ROOM.
KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS
The fully furnished Kitchen comes with a large refrigerator (ice maker), dishwasher, oven with a 4-stove cooking unit, and a built in microwave. The kitchen also includes a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and a dual sink. The breakfast area features an extendable table with a nice view out on the country side. A few steps will take you out to the patio.
FAMILY ROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The spacious family room contains three large Sofas with a big coffee table. For family entertainment, it also features a 42“ LCD flat panel HDTV (Comcast Cable), DVD/VCR player and CD player with iPod dock.
UPPER FLOOR HIGHLIGHTS
SECOND MASTER BEDROOM & BATH
The upper floor features a second master bedroom with a Queen size bed and dual side tables & lamps. It also features a matching full length dresser with mirror and a walk-in closet. The master bathroom features a spacious stand up shower and double vanity top.
GUEST BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS
Two guest bedrooms come with each a Queen size bed with side tables & lamps.
One guest bedroom is furnished with three Single beds (including one pullout).
All rooms are equipped with a dresser and walk-in closets.
The upper floor also has a separate full Bathroom with a double vanity top and a full bathtub.
The large FINISHED BASEMENT - which is also a nice play area for children with some toys and games – comes with a separate BEDROOM (double bed). The main area features a sofa, ideally positioned to enjoy the 32' LCD TV with separate DVD & VCR players.
The large BACKYARD has a PATIO area with chairs and table for your enjoyment.

Towels, linens, iron/board, hair dryer and other amenities like coffee, tea, hand soap, tissues, napkins, detergent and garbage bags are provided.

A group of 8 friends from 4 states gathered for a week of quilting and fabric shopping in the Amish country. This lovely new home was perfect with comfortable beds for all, a dining table for sewing machines, an eating area table for meals, a fabulous kitchen, and a beautiful country setting convenient to all shopping and attractions. We plan to return for a stay every spring. Thank you for your hospitality and perfect home!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We spent the weekend exploring the area and hiking! We had a great time visiting with family and the house was perfect. We had all that we could possibly need and after exhausting days on the trails, it was nice to come 'home' and relax! The house has tons of space and great amenities. This house was the perfect vacation getaway. The peaceful, quiet neighborhood and the large, spacious layout made this house a wonderful place to relax. The house was exactly as advertised, immaculate and well-kept, and the included amenities (especially those for with babies) added a great convenience. The large front and back yards with peaceful idyllic views only added to the ability to unwind and relax. The proximity to Strasburg made for a wonderful morning outing and the proximity to other attractions and shopping didn't add to travel stress. The drives through the surrounding areas were serene and returning to the house always felt like returning home. We are absolutely going to return for another stay.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

Absolutely perfect. The home was very clean and organized. Very accessible to all shopping, sightseeing, performances etc. We had a girls weekend, all my sisters and sisters in laws plus my daughter in law and her mom. It was such a great home, very roomy and relaxing. I am going back in October w/ my husband and 2 other couples, I can't wait! The showers were awesome ! I'd love to know what make the shower spray is, I looked and couldn't find the brand. (yes, it's that fabulous) Priscilla was very kind and helpful. We want to come back w/ the girls next may as well. one word..WOW..Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My immediate and extended family all enjoyed our stay at this great house. We found it welcoming and clean. The communcation was excellent and the house "rules" were easy to follow. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would highly recommend it for your stay in the Lancaster area. It was so nice to go out to local activities during the day and then come back, cook dinner and relax at night. Thanks so much for a wonderful place. We rented the home to celebrate my daughters 30th birthday. It was great! More than enough room for 8 of us, we had our privacy but also were able to spend quality time together. The house was well equipped. I stayed at this house last weekend with my family, which included my mother, my fiance, my brother, sister-in-law and two nieces. There was more than enough space for everyone to do their own thing if they wanted to, or hang out in the living room and kitchen when we wanted to be together. We enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen, eating dinners together in the dining room, playing with my nieces in the finished basement with kid's area and relaxing on the three couches in the living room. Would definitely recommend this house!Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

We had a wonderful time staying at your home. The home was clean and spacious. With 11 people in our group, 5 of whom were young children, we always felt like there was plenty of space to relax and play with the children. It is fantastic how close the home is to so many different attractions. Your extensive list of these attractions as well as local stores/shops etc. made our trip that much more relaxing and fun filled. Thank you for being very easy to rent from as well as very informative and prompt in communicating.
