This new and spacious Vacation House in Gap, Lancaster County is perfect for Family and Friends and comfortably sleeps 10 guests. The home is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood that offers great views on the Amish countryside!
The air conditioned vacation house comes fully furnished.
The upper floor contains 4 Bedrooms, 2 full Bathrooms and a separate Laundry room with washer and dryer.
MASTER BEDROOM & BATH HIGHLIGHTS
The master bedroom has a Queen size bed with dual side tables & lamps. It also features a matching full length dresser with mirror and a walk-in closet. A seating area invites to relax.
The master bath features a spacious stand up shower and a Whirlpool. The granite top double vanity will make getting ready that much easier.
GUEST BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS
Two guest bedrooms come with each a Queen size bed with side tables & lamps.
One guest bedroom is furnished with three Single beds (including one pullout).
All rooms are equipped with a dresser and closet with hangers.
The center piece of the ground floor is a modern fully equipped Kitchen, with breakfast area adjacent to an open space Living room. The floor also features a separate Dining room with an extendable table to seat up to 12 guests, a Study with desk and sofa, a Powder room and coat closet.
KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS
The fully furnished Kitchen comes with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven with a 4-stove cooking unit, and a built in microwave. The kitchen also includes a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and a dual sink with garbage disposal. The breakfast area features an extendable table with a nice view out on the deck.
LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The living room contains three Sofas with a large coffee table and gas fire place. For family entertainment, it also features a 42“ LCD flat panel HDTV (DirecTV), DVD/VCR player and CD player with iPod dock.
The large finished walkout basement - which is also a nice play area for children with some toys and games – comes with a separate Bedroom (Double bed) and a half bath. The main area features two Sleeper Sofas (queen and single), ideally positioned to enjoy the 32" LCD TV (separate DirecTV access box) and DVD & VCR players.
The generous deck provides great hilltop views of the Amish farmlands and is furnished with patio chairs for your enjoyment. A few short steps lead to the large fenced backyard, which has a nice stone terrace with a large table and more patio chairs. Gas grill is also available.

April, May, September, October: $175/night - $1,050/week
June - August: $225/night - $1,350/week

Rates are for 8 people ($10 per additional person/night).
Cancellation policy 14 days. Cleaning Fee $50.
