Rehoboth Beach- One Block to Boardwalk.

  We really loved this place. We have 2 small kids so being near the beach was critical and this place is just a block away. The funland arcade is right up the street so our kids had fun every day playing on the rides. The furnishing were great, the place was clean and quiet. There is internet access and the tvs had many channels to select. We could park our car in the back and not use it for days because everything is within walking distance. The owner was very friendly and helped out with our questions. We highly recommend this rental and hope to return in the coming years.

  Like the other reviewers, I really can't say enough about this property. The owner, Joe, was reliable, professional, and courteous in all of our dealings. The townhouse is very well maintained, modern, clean, and comfortable. Four adults and a toddler had plenty of space, and the owners also provided games, movies, and a nicely outfitted kitchen. It is a very easy walk to the beach or downtown. We absolutely loved it and hope to come back again.

  I checked these reviews prior to selecting this as our vacation and have to agree with the others, This is a great place, very close to beach & boardwalk (but still nice and quiet). Will definatly come again. Great for all ages! Clean, Modern, great patio and balcony. Joe - Thanks for everything.

  Had an excellent vacation at this place! My friends and family absolutely love this place. Booking this place was a breeze. Joe was as professional as can be. Every step of the booking process was a seamless. This property is as listed and then some. This place will be the only place we will stay at for our yearly vacation at Rehoboth. An absolute 5 stars!   Everything was as advertised. The property was very nicely done from the layout and having every amenity that we needed. We were also surprised by the collection of books, games and movies that were provided. Very much enjoyed the screened in porch, the location and it just being a very comfortable place to stay. It was great for us and our two kids to enjoy the Sea Witch Festival. Thanks and we plan on staying there again.

  I'm afraid to say how much we enjoyed our week--I don't want too much competition for when we rent again next year ;) We had four chidren under six along with us and this site was perfect. You walk down the block to the beach and it's the site right at the public restrooms and the arcade. There is a convenience store right on the other side of the parking lot for bread/milk, etc. And, it's not far from the main drag with all the restaurants, etc. Having the washer/dryer made a great difference. If you have toddlers, I'd recommend bringing two baby gates. We only had one and wished we had another. The rooms were clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there was lots of space to spread out, and we enjoyed sharing a bottle of wine on the screen porch at night. We're looking forward to renting again next year.

  The interior is fully up to date w/ wifi, Flat screens, cable, w/d, central air. The small balcony is screened, so no bugs on cool mornings and evenings where we read (and napped). I have never reviewed a place we stayed, and I hesitate now because we will surely sign up again and don't want anyone to take our week :-). Did I mention there are 2 off street parking spaces? And that you are a block from beach, boardwalk & Funland and 2 blks from Rehoboth Ave? They also have a few games, e.g., Bananagrams and DVDs (we watched "Bee Movie"). Oh yeah -- really nice beach chairs, w/ those backpack straps. So dear old dad didn't have to carry everyone's beach chair. We'll be back.

  We loved the place! Great location - only a block from the beach and boardwalk. Overall the condo was very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. I personally loved the WIFI as I had to do some work while away. The only thing that was just okay was how the place seemed when we got there. It was clean but my friends thought it was hard to tell how clean the bedrooms were and the bathrooms could have been a little more neat. But we still loved the place and would stay there again in the future if a few of us went down together. Thank you again!!! Would be cool if it were someday pet friendly as we all have dogs.

  My family has been vacationing in Rehoboth for many years and this was the first time we rented a condo. We could not have asked for better accommodations! Our group of 5 children and 3 adults had plenty of room to sleep and hang out. The condo was immaculate, the kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals, the kids (ages 7 - 11) enjoyed the board games and the adults even found great books to read! There were 3 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and 2 boogie boards. I LOVED that there was a full size washer and dryer. We walked everwhere - stores, restaurants, beach, and arcade were close by. Our vacation was awesome!

  We had a terrific time here. It is very central, with a short walk to the boardwalk and beach or to Rehoboth Avenue. It's in good condition. Our group had 4 adults and 2 young children, and it worked fine. I'm not sure I would try it with 8 adults, but we had plenty of room. They have some games, books, and miscellaneous touches that make things a lot easier and fun. Also, the 2 offstreet parking spaces were a major benefit. We parked the cars and barely used them.

  Recommended for: Families with young children.
