This ocean view unit features Westin's King Heavenly Bed® with Bath®, vanities and plush bathrobes, Bed linens and towels for up to four people. Housekeeping provides one full cleaning mid week into your stay; additional room cleaning is available for a fee. All units are non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. Parking is Free!
The one bedroom unit features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub in the master bath, queen sofa bed, a large TV, and Bose AM/FM Wave Radios.
A lower priced deluxe studio features with microwave/convection oven, small refrigerator and dishwasher.
Each unit has a washer and dryer and includes: blackout-lined drapery; two dual-line phones, one of which is cordless, with voice mail and data ports. There is high-speed Internet connectivity. This resort is ten minutes from Kaanapali's shopping area to the south and ten minutes from the championship golf courses at Kapalua to the north.
The resort features complimentary shuttle transportation to Kaanapali shopping area and Lahaina.

Why the Owner Chose Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas
The Sauers bought an ownership the Westin Kaanapali Villas on their first trip to Hawaii. This is not a decision they regret. Traveling to Hawaii at least once a year, they stay at one of their units if not rented.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Proximity to the beach, real hotel resort amenities , and the feature pools are reasons the Sauers like the Westin Villas. The snorkeling is great and it is only a few miles to golf, boating, and shopping in Lahaina. The barbecues on the pool deck are really super for evening dinners.

Roger and Donna Sauer live in Salem, Oregon. Having purchased their first vacation ownership property in 1993 (Disney Vacation Club in Orlando) they now own two Westin timeshare units in Kaanapali and one in Palm Springs.
Roger is a semi-retired school administrator who still teaches and Donna is a retired real estate loan underwriter. They have three children and six grandchildren who love the sun, sand, and fun at the Westin Villas.
