Bella Vista is nestled on the shores of Crystal Bay, a sanctuary in every sense of the word. Five-star views greet you as soon as you set foot on the grounds, wind you way through the lush, award-winning gardens and feel your cares dissolve.

Spacious two room guest house is an ideal retreat for a restorative long weekend or a week long adventure. Two large rooms with views of the lake that sleep four. Amenities include a luxurious steam shower, efficiency kitchen that includes an apartment size refrigerator, microwave, and hot plate, washer/dryer. Relax on the flagstone patio located in front of the guesthouse,enjoy the evening under the warmth of a deck heater . Barbecues located on property. Shared use of double Decker pier and private beach. If you have a boat, ask about renting a buoy.

Major ski areas all within minutes. Storage for skis in a heated area. Our new jacuzzi will be installed by December for your after ski relaxation.

  • This property ROCKS!!!!! We've stayed winter and summer and it doesn't get better. In the summer, the dock is the PERFECT place to enjoy Tahoe...the houses and beds are so inviting and comfortable. The garden is as breathtaking as the view of Lake Tahoe from every window and deck. We will definately return!

  • We loved our stay. It is beautiful, charming, clean and a fabulous location. Quiet, off the beaten path but so close to restaurants, gambling, etc. The view of the lake is so calming you won't want to leave the property. Highly recommend.

  • highly recommended!! the property is at a great location, the beach is perfect for an afternoon BBQ. private lake access is amazing. The house and guesthouse are extremely luxurious and comfortable. This listing is one of the best properties on VRBO... we had an amazing time both times we stayed here! I would recommend this listing to anyone who wants a memorial and relaxing fun vacation. cheers, dave
