Offering 2,400 square feet of enjoyable living space, this villa has some unique features making it the perfect location for a small family or a golf foursome to enjoy Lake Las Vegas Resort. The great room has an open floor plan which provides the perfect setting for entertaining, with a dining room that has a table with seating for 6, breakfast bar with seating for 2 and a fully-equipped chef’s kitchen featuring granite counters and GE Monogram stainless steel appliances. Or, take the party outside to the private backyard and enjoy your private pool and spa, 3-hole putting green and gas barbecue grill. With a modern colorful theme running throughout the home, the living room accommodations consist of state-of-the-art electronics including a 50 plasma flat screen TV, surround-sound system and DVD player. The spacious, master suite includes a king size bed, club chair, dresser, flat screen TV and French Doors opening to a private patio overlooking the 3 hole putting green, mountains and private pool. The second bedroom features two twin beds, a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with tub and shower. A unique feature of the home is an attached casita, and 3rd bedroom, which has its own separate entrance. The casita features a queen bed, flat screen TV, private bath and kitchenette area offering a built-in microwave an refrigerator. Great for in-laws or couples traveling together to assure added privacy. An added bonus of a wine room which has a table that can seat 2 and is a great place to surf the net or set up an in home office. Please note the following minimum stay requirements: Reservations that include December 24th or December 25th have a 2-night minimum stay. Reservations that include December 31st or January 1st have a 4-night minimum stay.
