Sonny Mann here. If you’re lookin’ to be in the middle of it all, take a look at Ocean Villa. This place is in the center of everything. But that’s not what makes it special. It’s the beach! Man, what a beach they’ve got here. You aren’t gonna find a better beach spot than right where I’ve got my toes right now. You just slide on out of the building, stroll through a pool or two and the beach is right there. And the views. No matter whether you’re on the beach or you on a balcony.
The amenities are as big as the views, too. You’ll spoil yourself with a choice of indoor or outdoor pool, hot tub, steam room and private beach. There’s even an exercise room complete with sauna to work-out, and relax, those muscles. And when you return to your condo, expect the best. This place is like a tropical paradise. Lush landscaping, two big pools, a hot tub, steam room, an exercise room with a sauna! Can you imagine?!? And that’s not all. There’s a grill area right at the beach. Cool. With Ocean Villa you’re getting’ one of the newest resorts in Panama City Beach. And it’s on the world’s most beautiful beaches.
When you’re done with the sun, there’s lots of other fun located right around this resort. In fact there’s a new shopping experience that’s pretty close that I want to tell you about. Pier Park is really something pretty spectacular. It’s a million plus square food shopping area (like a mall at the beach) It’s got a ton of stuff. There’s a Dillards, Target, Penny’s, Ron Jon (my second home); there’s a 16 screen movieplex. All kinds of restaurants. Panera Bread for a quick bite, Longhorn Steakhouse & Outback. And get this: there’s a Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville, you know, it’s 5 o’clock somewhere. And, if you want a Café American Double Shot Vente it’s got a Starbucks. Can you imagine? Starbucks in flip flops. Oh, and during the summer there’s going to be free concerts for the whole family. How cool is that?!?
If you’re coming down for a kid sports tournament, you’re pretty close to the Robert Brown Park, where they host a lot of them.
Here’s the scoop on the condo.
Man is this place is something. It’s big, beautiful! It’s got really interesting décor. Kind of contemporary beach. It feels like the tropical outside’s been brought inside. It really makes the most of the room in every room. There’s plenty of space for all your beach stuff, but that’s not why you’ll pick this condo. It’s got great views. Plain and simple.
The LIVING ROOM has a leather sofa opens up as a queen sleeper. That’s right. Leather. The entertainment center, which is entertaining just to look at it has a big TV, looks like a 35”. And it’s got a bunch of cable channels. I checked. Free HBO, don’t forget. The DVD player lets you play movies when you’re beached out. Or, surf the net with the high speed connection. But, I gotta tell you, the views are gonna make all that pretty tough. You’re eyes will wonder to the beach every time. You’ll like the balcony, too. It’s really comfortable. And the views, The views.
The MASTER BEDROOM got a nice queen size bed with a with a beautiful Caribbean carved headboard. Kind of tropical. And the bed’s really comfortable. I laid down on it to see how it felt. Almost went to sleep. Really makes a statement. It’s really spacious. There’s another pretty big TV, same cable package.
The SECOND BEDROOM is really cool. Great color. Another Queen size bed. Check out the picture.
The KITCHEN’s open and has everything that you need, so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing grilled cheese sandwiches you’ve got everything you need to please the family. Look at the cabinets. Kind of a deep cherry. Wow! There’s a big kitchen bar with four bar chairs so you can grab a quick bit before you hit the beach.
The DINING AREA has a big square table, really comfortable so everyone’s got a seat at the table. No kid’s table here.
The LAUNDRY area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.
These bedrooms and the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room making sleeping room for 6 with 2 complete full baths.
Hey, this condo is a big beautiful place at the beach. And it’s priced right too. You can’t go wrong at Ocean Villas. It’s got everything you want in a beach condo and it’s going to book up quick for the summer.
