Imagine living like a real Parisian…in the heart of Paris on rue Montmartre, right in the center of the “City of Light” - Walking distance are the Grands Boulevards (de la Madeleine, des Capucines, des Italiens, Poissonniere, and Bonne Nouvelle.) You are next door to the famous pedestrian-only market street rue Montorgueuil, where you will find the butcher, the baker and even the candlestick maker. All varieties of typical Parisian cafés, restaurants and great shopping right around the corner.
Our newly renovated (2008) 2 bedroom, each with ensuite bathroom, 125 square meter (1200 sqft) apartment offers you views of the Eiffel Tower, Centre Georges Pompidou , Saint Eustache Church, the Dome of the Pantheon, the Bell Towers of Notre Dame, and the glorious roof tops of Paris.
A few details:
• All new kitchen appliances. It is fully equipped. Oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, electric tea pot, toaster, Nespresso machine, rice cooker, food processor, cooking/eating utensils, glasses, dishes and many other kitchen and dining room amenities. We might even leave a bottle of wine or 2 for you to try.
• Both bedrooms have queen-size beds and there is also a queen- size sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is U-shaped and the bedrooms are located on each side of the U, providing isolation, privacy and total quiet for both bedrooms. Ideal for two couples or a family.
• You are only a:

15 minute walk from Notre Dame, the Ile Saint-Louis, and the Hotel-de-Ville.??
Three minute walk away from the subway. Buses are just across the street and around the corner
• We’re on the top floor of an 1867 building. The elevator takes you to the 6th floor and then you a have a small flight of stairs, 12 steps, to our top floor apartment.
• TV, ADSL in the living room, with a few English language stations including CNN, CNBC, SkyNews and BBC. Hi-Speed (Broadband) Internet and a computer, and basic cable in the master bedroom, primarily French TV. Telephone with unlimited calls within France. Washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hair dryers, towels and bed linens all provided. The expandable table in the dinning area can seat up to eight people and the picture window offers a view of the Paris rooftops with a southeastern exposure. A small bar under the dining area window offers the opportunity to enjoy the view while having an aperitif.
• We’ll even include a pre-planned itinerary for you, if it’s your first visit to Paris. If you are coming to re-live memories of another visit, we might be able to give you some hints about areas you haven’t visited before. If you are part Parisian we promise to leave you on your own.
Hint: If you decide to come with friends, flip a coin before you arrive…the master bedroom has the view of the Eiffel Tower.
Oh, NO SMOKING PLEASE, N’ FUMER PAS, but there is a small outdoor terrace on the front of apartment.
