Just 1.5 mi south of the world-class 5 diamond resort, The Ponte Vedra Inn and Club, this newly renovated first floor condo has 3 large bedrooms and 2 baths. The cozy, comfortable beachy shabby chic interiors lend to the relaxing beach experience. The spacious master suite with ocean view has a king bed, flat screen TV with DVD, walk-in closet, beautiful stone and tile shower and double sinks. The second bedroom has twin beds, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. The guest bathroom has large tub and shower. There is also a laundry area with new washer and dryer.
The best part of our condo is the unobstructed view of the white sand beach and Atlantic Ocean from the beautiful family room and kitchen area, as well as the master suite. Enjoy family meals at the spacious stone kitchen island counter with six barstools, or the dining table for eight or on the spacious patio with dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked and has all new appliances and custom bar area. The comfortable family room has 42" flat screen TV with DVD, wireless internet, large overstuffed rocker, recliner, sofa and chair. The spacious patio area is great for relaxing, dining, sipping favorite libations, and enjoying the sounds of the waves and beauty of the beach!
Ponte Vedra Beach is perfect for walking, surfing, sunbathing, shell and shark tooth hunting, biking, sailing, kayaking, fishing, swimming, snorkeling, diving, and relaxing!
For an additional fee there is a weekly membership at the 5-diamond Ponte Vedra Inn and Club. Amenities include use of the club's amazing facilities which include golf, tennis, 3 swimming pools, top fitness facility and classes, childcare, 3 restaurants and an incredible Spa. The Spa experience is also available without membership. The condo is also less than a mile from Sawgrass Country Club, and the PGA Tournament Players Club. Golf can be arranged. Great location for shopping, dining and sightseeing.
