Dreams Los Cabos Suites Golf and Spa Resort is 5-star rated, and is a all-suite oceanfront resort adjacent to 2 championship golf courses and overlooking the Sea of Cortez.
During the busy Spring and Thanksgiving seasons, the Executive Suite (recommended 6 persons), is sold out far in advance, and a 7-night stay booked online will cost you 2-3X more. We have reserved a Spring vacation week running Monday to Monday, March 29 - April 4th.
If you prefer an alternate week, we can change the week (subject to availability) for the resort's $50 change fee. Remember that the week must run from MONDAY TO MONDAY.
We recommend that you take the all-inclusive option as this provides you with unlimited meals, snacks and drinks (alcohol and room service included), as well as the Explorers Club for children (with separate air conditioned club house, computers, movies, games, camp-outs, smores and separate dining) which will allow you to have a relaxed, romantic adult meal at the Oceana or Portofino restaurants.
Every night there is a different onsite activity including on-the-beach screening of Monday night football (Fall), Mexican Fiesta, Casino night, Karoake, live band on the beach, morning yoga on the beach etc. Activities change and are published every day. Other activities such as golfing, horse-back riding, deep-sea fishing, snorkeling, SCUBA, ATV rides etc. can easily be arranged at the concierge desk. Renting a car is easy from the hotel but it is also very easy to get a taxi to and from Cabo San Jose (10 minutes) or Cabo San Lucas (20 minutes) if you want a change of scenery. There are 5 different restaurants on premises. As a time-share owner you also have the option to use the in-suite kitchen if you would like.

- Oceanfront: The hotel is on the oceanfront with no other buildings in between the hotel and ocean. There are palapas, hammocks for the exclusive use of guests on the beach. Each room has clear infinity pool, beach and ocean views from the large balconies off each bedroom.

Multiple restaurants on premise. Childrens' Explorers Club offered as part of all-inclusive option. My son wants to spend the whole day there. Organized activities, barbecues and camp outs on the beach, trampoline, computer games, movies, snacks/ice cream/drinks any time, and they take the kids for meals to the restaurants so adults can enjoy quiet time. All-inclusive dining (breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks, including alcohol, and snacks all day long) for $65-75 per person per day, $35 for children, free for young children. Golf, deep-sea fishing, horse-back riding, snorkeling, para sailing, ATM tours, SCUBA and other activities are all available through the lobby concierge. Nightly activities such as movies, karaoke, casino, Mexican fiesta.

- There is a weekly calendar of activities that also includes aerobics, beach yoga, pool volley-ball, trampoline jumping for kids, movies in the evening etc. It is a great spot for a family and has two pools, both with swim-up bars, and lots of lounge chairs right on the sandy beach. Week being offered is the sold-out Thanksgiving week running Monday, November 24th to Monday, December 1st. One bedroom features bath and shower and contains two Queen beds. The other bedroom consists of separate bathroom with shower and pull-out sofa bed in the living area.

Year Purchased: 2001
We are parents of two young children, live in California, and found this to be the perfect resort for a family. We rooms are very roomy feeling with big balconies off both rooms overlooking pool and ocean. Infinity pool with swim up bar was very beautiful. We have the easy option of putting our kids in the Explorer's Club any time we wanted adult time or quiet meal. The kids absolutely couldn't wait to be left at the Explorer's Club since they had so many activities, video, movies, trampoline etc. and could get a strawberry ice cream cone or any snack or meal on demand! The very friendly young women who babysit the kids take them to lunch and dinner (usually one of the beach-side restaurants at the resort). There is a full gym and spa. Massages can be had poolside.
Why the Owner Chose Dreams Resort
We were absolutely seduced by the climate, light, relaxed feel, beautiful hotel pool with views of oceans. For a completely relaxing week with the family, this is hard to beat. There are so many activities just at the resort for the kids, that you hardly have to plan to leave the resort. But if you want to golf, snorkel, horseback ride, parasail, whale watch, deep sea fish etc. that is very easy to arrange at the activities desk.
