  My friends and I stayed at this place and we loved everything about it. We went after memorial day weekend. We were able to enjoy all the amenities the house had to offer. All the games and entertainment (billiards, darts, air hockey and foosball) plus the hot tub was very relaxing. The house itself was very homey, clean and very well maintained. The owner communicates very well and promptly. She is also very nice and accomodating. The house has a lot more to offer and way better than the pictures shown. We are planning to come back and I would recommend this property to any family and friends. It was beyond our expectations!!! I love this house!!!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  This is the 2nd year we have rented this house and have nothing but positive things to say about Sonia and the house. Thanks for answering any questions quickly that we had. We were up to ski both times and brought a family with 3 kids ages 17 - 20 and a few friends. There was plenty to occupy everyone and room for all to do there own thing. We would love to come up during the warmer months and utilize the other great activities the Pocono's Mountains have to offer too. You have been added to our "bookmarks" Thanks again!

  This house is very nice and clean, great for family vacation with kids. All beds are very comfortable and are good quality. It’s a great open floor plan. Lots of games and things for the kids to do. The back yard is nice and big with a lot of wildlife around we saw plenty of deer and wild turkeys. The deck is nice to sit on and bbq. The listing is very accurate but the pictures don't do this house justice; the owner is very helpful and communicates very well. I will stay at this house again in the near future and will recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy the Poconos. All the attractions are about 20 mins away. House is in a very nice and quite community. Thank you very much Sonia for allowing me and my family to stay at your lovely home.

  You can stop looking now!! This is the PERFECT getaway vacation home! From the huge, private back yard(where the deer would come by and visit all hours of the day) to the finished basement, spacious bedrooms(all with a/c window units and flat screen T.V.'s),plenty of things for the kids AND adults to do;air hockey,pool table, foosball,HOT TUB, and last but not least your very own lifesize pac man machine!! Also, close to everything in Poconos but private enough where you don't feel crowded whatsoever.Can't say enough about the owner Sonia who answered all our questions and was always available!! I've found it's a 50-50 crapshoot in renting a vacation home you cant check out beforehand as to whether or not everyone will like it but now that we've found this gem we'll be coming back for years to come!!A++ Would give 6 stars if I could!!

  This home is beautifully kept, extremely clean and located in a great area! My husband and I rented this home from Sonia, who was very easy to deal with, for my 39th Birthday. We brought our 3 children, my brother in law, his wife and their little girl and we still had plenty of room. The children range is ages from 2-16 and all of them enjoyed the house. We rent in the Poconos at least twice a year and I would say this is one of the best cared for homes that we have seen. The pictures just do not do this home justice! We would definitely recommend renting this home!

  Great house, very clean and spacious. We have rented this property 3 years in a row and are very sad it is not available the weekend we need this year. But I guess the word got out on how great this house is.

  Stayed at this home 1/28/11-1/31/11... This house was amazing! Everything I was looking for was in this house and more. I went with 9 of my friends to go skiing and snowboarding and everyone wanted different leisure accommadtations, and this house had it all. The pictures DO NOT AT ALL do this house any justice. This house is amazing! And Sonia was gracious and very prompt with all email, payments, etc.. Definitely planning on staying there again. Thank you Sonia.

  My family and I went to the Poconos for the first time. We were very lucky to have picked this home for our one week stay. House was very clean and had everything my daughter and nephews could play with. Everything described was there. House was warm and there was plenty of hot water. This home was also very close to everything. BigBoulder and Split Rock extremely close. I was really suprised how close it was. I would highly recommend this home to be rented. The owner was very fast in repling to any issues or concerns I had. Deposit was returned immediately as well. If I go back to the Poconos this summer I will definetly reserve this home again.
