I LOVE THIS HOUSE!!! I

My friends and I stayed at this place and we loved everything about it. We went after memorial day weekend. We were able to enjoy all the amenities the house had to offer. All the games and entertainment (billiards, darts, air hockey and foosball) plus the hot tub was very relaxing. The house itself was very homey, clean and very well maintained. The owner communicates very well and promptly. She is also very nice and accomodating. The house has a lot more to offer and way better than the pictures shown. We are planning to come back and I would recommend this property to any family and friends. It was beyond our expectations!!! I love this house!!!

This home is beautifully kept, extremely clean and located in a great area! My husband and I rented this home from Sonia, who was very easy to deal with, for my 39th Birthday. We brought our 3 children, my brother in law, his wife and their little girl and we still had plenty of room. The children range is ages from 2-16 and all of them enjoyed the house. We rent in the Poconos at least twice a year and I would say this is one of the best cared for homes that we have seen. The pictures just do not do this home justice! We would definitely recommend renting this home!

Great house, very clean and spacious. We have rented this property 3 years in a row and are very sad it is not available the weekend we need this year. But I guess the word got out on how great this house is.

Stayed at this home 1/28/11-1/31/11... This house was amazing! Everything I was looking for was in this house and more. I went with 9 of my friends to go skiing and snowboarding and everyone wanted different leisure accommadtations, and this house had it all. The pictures DO NOT AT ALL do this house any justice. This house is amazing! And Sonia was gracious and very prompt with all email, payments, etc.. Definitely planning on staying there again. Thank you Sonia.

Fun, Clean home

My family and I went to the Poconos for the first time. We were very lucky to have picked this home for our one week stay. House was very clean and had everything my daughter and nephews could play with. Everything described was there. House was warm and there was plenty of hot water. This home was also very close to everything. BigBoulder and Split Rock extremely close. I was really suprised how close it was. I would highly recommend this home to be rented. The owner was very fast in repling to any issues or concerns I had. Deposit was returned immediately as well. If I go back to the Poconos this summer I will definetly reserve this home again. I can't say enough about our stay at Rustic Ranch, we really enjoyed our visit. We hope to make this our new getaway house! Everything in the house is very clean and the house is decorated perfectly. We enjoyed all the games, especially the pool table. My 5 yr. old greatnephew is hooked on the PacMan. I don't think we ever used the TV's!. After coming back from the very clean beach & lake, we cooked most nights on the grill and enjoyed star gazing on the deck or in the very clean hot tub. We hope to go back soon and see the deer play again in the back yard!

Our family stayed here 4th of July week and loved this house! It looked too good to be true in the pictures, but they truly are accurate. This was the cleanest house we've ever rented in the Poconos and I think it's actually larger than it appears in the pictures. There was something for everybody in our group (ages 5 through 55)- pool table, video games, air hockey, PacMan. Plenty of TVs, DVD players. The back deck and hot tub were perfect for wildlife viewing (deer and wild turkeys come right into the yard) and star gazing. The owners are very easy to deal with and responded to our questions very quickly. We enjoyed the lake also. Although the deck/dining areas were a little on the small size for our group of 7 (the house sleeps up to 12), the house made up for it in other ways. We can't wait to return!

This was a lovely home. One of the nicest I have ever rented in the Poconos. Plenty of room and has lots to do for everyone. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was nice, great yard with deck and hot tub and you even get to see wildlife (we saw quite a few deer and wild turkeys) ... very cool. Would highly recommend this property to anyone. The owners were fabulous to work with as well.
