You can relax in the 5/6 person Jacuzzi on the deck or sit by the Fireplace, read a book, or just cuddle. For your convience, we have a bedroom (with a king size bed in each room) and bathroom on each of the three floors. The choice is up to you. And don't leave the pets home, bring them along. They need a vacation too. Our deck is fully enclosed, so your pets can enjoy the outdoors without a leash. But, if you have small pets, please make sure that the railings are close enough together so the little darlings will not be able to squeeze through, before you let them off the leash.
We want to make your stay as convenient as possible. Therefore, we supply many extras like fresh linens and towels (for a small additional Fee), cleaning supplies, iron and ironing board, alarm clocks, Hair Dryer, Curling Iron, board games, DVD's, PlayStation II games, extra blankets, pillows, book of ideas of things to do and more.
So pack your bags and stay in this amenity-filled development (max. of 8 badges allowed) with an outdoor lakefront pool and kiddy pool, 195-acre, crystal-clear lake stocked with trout and bass, During the summer season boats can be rented (Private boats are not allowed). There is a clubhouse with a lakefront bar and restaurant, snack bar, and game room with pool tables and video games, playground, sandy beach area and marina. Enjoy Tennis and basketball courts (equipment not supplied), kiddy swing area, paved private roads, and 24-hour security patrols.
SPECIAL NOTICE: DURING THE SPRING AND SUMMER OF 2009 OUR COMMUNITY WILL BE DRAINING THE LAKE TO MAKE SOME REPAIRS TO THE DAM. THE BEACH WILL BE AVAILABLE, ALONG WITH THE POOL, BUT THE LAKE WILL BE CLOSED. HICKERY RUN PARK, WHICH BORDERS OUR COMMUNITY, DOES HAVE FISHING AVAILABLE.

Why the Owner Chose Towamensing Trails
When our children we young, we purchased a timeshare in Split Rock which is about 10 minutes away from our home. We liked the area. Our home is in a community names Towamensing Trails. The community offers a lake and pool, among other amenities. We wanted to be close enough to our children in New Jersey that a visit is only 1 1/2 hour drive away.
The Unique Benefits at this House
It is peaceful, but, if you want some night life, the casinos are a short drive from our home. We love minor league baseball. We go to Scranton Wilkes-Barre Yankees, which is 30 minutes from our home. There is horseback riding close to our home also. It is a great place to vacation in all seasons. Be our guest, and come an experience it for yourself.

We purchased our home for retirement. We are currently renting it out to cover the mortage and taxes. We can't wait to move there, but, (and I should like saying this) I am too young. We have to wait at least until 2013 to retire. Meanwhile, we are happy to share our home with our guests. We are children and animal friendly. We have 4 children, 3 cats and 1 dog. We love noise, and, at times, peace and quiet. That is why we think this house is perfect for us. The three stories allow for separation, but, the deck is a great place to get together. ENJOY.
