My friend and I stayed here for 5 days while doing IMFL. It was walking distance to race site and very accessible to grocery store and beach. Both necessities for us while there. The condo was fantastic and perfect for the 2 of us. It was clean and the pictures don't lie. Very nice! Would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

We stayed for 7 days to celebrate my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary with them and could not have picked a better condo. It is beautifully decorated, spacious, clean & comfortable. The condo was furnished with everything we needed. The views from the balcony were amazing. We watched dolphin each morning. It was quiet at night. Access to and from Ocean Villa is excellent. With the parking deck across the street, we chose to park there so we could go onto Front Beach Road or Middle Beach Road whenever we wanted.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This condo was a great place to stay; it was exactly as described in the listing and the photos were accurate. We have rented others that were ok but the pictures made it look better than it was; that is not the case here what you see is what you get. It is a very well decorated (no cheesy beach decor) and maintained unit that has an awesome large balcony with an outstanding gulf view; easy beach access and the beach setup made it an outstanding beach vacation for us. The parking was very good and the elevators are very quick. Guelda (Judy) made renting the unit a breeze and was very helpful. I highly recommend renting this condo. We had not been to Panama City for 20+ years but we will definitely be returning. We enjoyed eating at Pineapple Willy's, Hammerhead Fred's and Sharky's however it was very nice to also have a fully equipped kitchen for cooking in.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

This condo is beautiful! We really enjoyed the view! The king size beds slept wonderful! The beach was not crowded and we loved having the beach chairs already available to us. We got a set of chairs on the front and we had an awesome vacation. Very relaxing!! The parking garage across the street has access to Middle Beach Road and made getting to restaurants and Pier Park very quick and easy! I have already been bragging to friends and relatives about our stay!! This condo is in walking distance to Pineapple Willie's and other restaurants. It is also close to Walmart!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

This condo was wonderful, it's in a great location and has easy access to everywhere on the beach. The condo was decorated beautifully , yet comfortably and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location and amenities were super easy for a family and lent itself to families with children. We felt Very safe there and access to the beach and pools were perfect. Parking was also plentiful. The owners were also a real delight to work with and made us feel like family. I would highly recommend this condo And look forward to staying there again. I guarantee you'll be glad you rented this unit and you'll be back again if you stay there.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We not only picked a great week to go to PCB but we also picked a great unit to stay in. The unit is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We were on the 12th floor which was great to watch all of the fireworks. As promised, we had everything we needed in the unit. The balcony has a huge table and very comfortable chairs. We spent a lot of time out there. The walk way to the garage was nice. I have stayed at some places that had dirty and smelly walk ways. The pools were perfect for my daughter and mom. My husband and I had chairs on the beach which come with the room. This was one thing I was looking for when we were looking for a place to stay. There is also a store across from the unit we hit up everyday! It is also in walking distance to Shipwrecked. Excellent time had by all.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

This was the best condo we have stayed out ever. Equipped with everything and plenty of room. Very nice to be able to have a two bedroom that are both king size beds. The view from the balcony was excellent and spent most of our time at night enjoying it. The owner was very helpful with directions, details and quick and easy transaction. Great Location!!! Would highly recommend this place and probably visit in the future. Thanks!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Perfect timing, perfect weather, perfect place. We had a great time. This condo was just we needed to come back to relax in. We miss it all, already after returning home less than a week after our trip. I highly recommend staying here. If and when we return to Panama City, I know exactly where we are going to stay.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We were very pleased with the condo upon arrival. The interior is lovlier than the pictures show. It was clean and very comfortable. We had no problems during our stay. Judy, the owner, is gracious and makes sure you are satisfied by answering any questions or concerns you may have. We were close to shops, restaurants and attractions. I enjoyed walking the short half mile to Saltwater Grill for seafood. The gulf view on the deck was wonderful. I saw dolphins swim by one afternoon around 6pm - what a treat. Reserved chairs on the beach was an added perk we enjoyed also. I highly recommend this condo and will return again! My family and I have vacationed in PCB over twenty times and this condo was hands down the best condo we have stayed in. I have a cleaning business so the first thing I noticed was how clean it was. I inspected it thoughly and was very pleased. The pictures of this condo are exactly the way it looks. As you can see it is beautiful. I liked the fact that it has two king-sized beds which is rare. My children loved the flat screen TV's and comfy couch. I loved the complimentary beach/umbrella rentals. I also appreciated the kitchen being so well stocked, the plush bath towels, and the comfy beds and pillows. This condo was within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. I would recommend this condo to anyone who wants to have a fabulous vacation.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
