Wonderful river front community. Very Clean, Spacious 2/2, 2nd floor unit. Beautiful common areas with lots of trees, sitting areas and river views. On site dock/marina, great for fishing the river. 2 Miles from St. Lucie inlet. Our Condo does not have a view of the river.
Tiki Hut sits at the end of the dock. 2 miles from great unspoiled beaches. Large Olympic size heated pool, on property. Shuffle board courts, pool table, and ping pong.
Jensen Beach, is known for casual family fun. Martin County is uncrowded, with old Florida style. Night life here, is taking a walk on the beach, and possibly catching a mother sea turtle laying her eggs!
Great restaurants, not pricey. Local mall and movie theater. 2 rivers and lots of public parks, beaches, golf, and tennis. Down the street from skateboard park and racquetball courts.
You can snorkel, surf, dive, or just relax and watch the kids build sand castles, on our undeveloped beaches. Lots of free parks and beaches throughout the area.
Local boat and jet ski rentals available. Area is known for its great offshore fishing. Called the Sailfish Capital of the World! Offshore/Inshore fishing anglers can also catch, Mahi-Mahi, Groupers, Tarpoon, Swordfish, Pompano, Sea Trout, Drum, Flounder, Redfish, Snapper, Cobia, and even Bonefish! Many Charter boats available for rent, or just fish off our dock! Lots of local ( Free ) boat ramps, near by.
Many local museums and nature centers, from Vero Beach ( 20 miles North) to Jupiter (17 miles South ). Martin county is very proud of its tradition of slow growth and environmental conservation.
You will find great nature parks, thru out the county. Area is known as Treasure Coast, and is located between busy Palm Beach county to the south, and Melbourne FL. to the North. 2 hours from Orlando area attractions.
If you are looking for quite vacation time with your family, this is it! You won't break your budget by staying here, and you will have a lifetime of good memories!

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$1,690.00 Jan. Feb. and March for the month, two month minimum required.
$900.00 for all other months.
$150 cleaning fee
$600 Deposit held for damages. Returned after inspection.
For Boat owners, We have a 40' slip with boat lift. $200.00 a month.
