I'm here at Emerald Towers. You know how some resorts here in Destin are these big sprawling places where you have to walk forever to get to your condo? That’s not Emerald Towers. This resort is like a boutique. It’s small, kind of intimate. Friendly. And secure. It’s gated. And the only way you get in here is if you’re staying here. How’s that for secure?!? You’re kind of secluded, but you’re not. Because of the location you’re in the middle of everything. So getting to any one of Destin’s attractions is pretty easy. But, let’s talk about why you’re here. The beach. This is the absolute best! Everyone here says it’s on of the least crowded spots in Destin. That’s because there’s lots of beach but not a lot of condos. Simple math. Fewer people equals more beach. And it’s a really nice beach with great beach service. Once you’re here you’ll see what makes this place special. It’s quiet, intimate. You just wander out past the pool and you’re lounge chair and umbrella is waiting for you.
When you’re “beached out” (like that’ll happen), there’s lots of other fun located right around this resort. Shopping at Silver Sands, restaurants like Ruth's Chris Steak and Seafood, miniature golf, even Starbucks if you’re looking for your latte fix. Destin has it all and Emerald Towers is in the middle of it.
Here’s the scoop on the condo.
Man this place is something else! Check out the photographs of the décor. It’s got the Tommy Bahama beach look that’s really popular. Not sandy beachy, but upscale beachy. The walls have that cool faux painting that you might find in someone’s house but you usually won’t see at the beach. But it’s here and it makes everything look great. There’s plenty of space for all your beach stuff, but that’s not why you’ll pick this condo. It’s got great views. And you can see the beach from the kitchen. How about that!?!
The LIVING ROOM sofa is big and comfortable. The entertainment center, has a really large TV, looks like a 35”. And it’s got a bunch of cable channels. I checked. Free HBO, don’t forget. The DVD player lets you play movies when you’re beached out. Or, surf the net with the high speed connection. But, I gotta tell you, the views are gonna make all that pretty tough. You’re eyes will wonder to the beach every time. You’ll like the balcony, too. It’s really comfortable. And the views, The views.
Check out the MASTER BEDROOM. Huge king size bed with a with a beautiful Caribbean carved headboard. Look at the wall colors. What a great space. And the bed’s really comfortable. I laid down on it to see how it felt. Almost went to sleep. Really makes a statement. It’s really spacious. There’s another pretty big TV, same cable package. The Master Bath has a full glass walk in shower and a really large tub to soak the day away, if you’re done on the beach.
The SECOND BEDROOM is really cool. More great color. Two doubles! For adults or kids or both. Check out the picture.
The KITCHEN’s a beauty with granite counter tops. It’s open and has everything that you need, so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing grilled cheese sandwiches you’ve got everything you need to please the family. There’s a big kitchen bar with two bar chairs so you can grab a quick bit before you hit the beach. Which you'll want to do because you can see the beach right from the kitchen.
The DINING AREA has a big table, really comfortable so everyone’s got a seat at the table. No kid’s table here.
The LAUNDRY area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.
These bedrooms and the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room making sleeping room for 6 with 2 full baths.
Hey, this condo is a big beautiful place at the beach. And it’s priced right too. You can’t go wrong at Emerald Towers! It’s got everything you want in a beach condo and it’s going to book up quick for the summer.
