2009 Off season RATES: $800 plus 6% State of MI Use Tax (Summer 2010 $1,400)
DUE AT TIME OF RENTAL RESERVATION:
1) Signed rental agreement.
2) Reservation deposit of 1/2 Rent.
3) Damage deposit of $250. Returned within 14 days of departure.
Due 60 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL:
1) Final Reservation payment of 1/2 Rent plus $6% State of MI Use Tax.
2) Map to Cottage will be provided.
