If you’re looking for a getaway that’s a real getaway without being too far away, you need to check out Cottages of Camp Creek. It’s a small gated community on 30-A that has private beach access with a gulf view. All units are ground floor entry, separate houses and there are no condos on site. This resort area is very, family oriented. And when I say on the beach, I mean you walk 54 steps and it’s beach.
This area is absolutely one of the most wonderful and relaxing places in the world. From this ideal location your family can step out your door and enjoy sunbathing, swimming, surfing, sand-castle building, etc. Or you can walk or bike to nearby Rosemary Beach, famous Seaside Village, or nearby parks and other attractions. In addition, there are free outdoor concerts, wine festivals, unique art festivals, live theater, outdoor family movies, art galleries, arts and crafts shows, antique car shows and good, old hometown parades. On top of that, this place is known for some of the best fishing, dining, golfing, tennis, boating, waterskiing, and unique local shopping.
If you also want a little more action jump in the car and take a short ride to Panama City Beach or Destin for the theme parks, water parks, and other attractions. In other words, whatever your interests and desires are, everything for your best vacation ever is right here.
Here’s the scoop on your beach house.
The owner calls it Splish Splash. It’s number 203 in the "Cottages of Camp Creek".
Man is this place is something. It’s big, beautiful! It’s got really interesting décor. Kind of contemporary beach. It feels like the tropical outside’s been brought inside. It really makes the most of the room in every room. There’s plenty of space for all your beach stuff. Check out this list. 3 bedrooms that sleep 8. Hardwood flooring in the living room and den. You will enjoy sitting on a shady porch in the afternoons or sunning at the large pool centered within the complex. Also, the hot tub runs year round which is very relaxing on cooler evenings. TVs in the main room and Master. Pool access is close enough for families to watch the kiddies in the pool from the back porch. At nightime, the pool shimmers in the moonlight and the areas well so you can take nighttime walks to end the perfect beach day. But even as close as everything is you get lots of privacy to stretch out and relax on the shaded porch.
The LIVING ROOM has a great seating area. Of course, there’s TV. And DVD. Cable. But, I gotta tell you, the views are gonna make all that pretty tough. You’ll like porch too. It’s really comfortable.
The MASTER BEDROOM got a nice queen-size bed. It’s roomy with space for lots of stuff. Kind of contemporary. And the bed’s really comfortable. I laid down on it to see how it felt. Almost went to sleep. Really makes a statement. It’s really spacious. There’s another pretty big TV.
The SECOND BEDROOM is really cool too........it has a double-sized bed. Very comfy!
The THIRD BEDROOM is a kid-friendly. A double bed with bunk up top. Sleeps 2 or 3! Enough area for playing around. Great color. Check ouf the picture.
The KITCHEN’s open and has everything that you need, so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing grilled cheese sandwiches you’ve got everything you need to please the family. Look at the cabinets. Kind of a deep cherry. Wow! There’s a big kitchen bar with four bar chairs so you can grab a quick bit before you hit the beach.
The DINING AREA has a big table, really comfortable so everyone’s got a seat at the table. No kid’s table here.
The LAUNDRY area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.
These bedrooms and the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room making sleeping room for 8 with 2 complete full baths.
Hey, this beach house is a big beautiful place at the beach. And it’s priced right too. You can’t go wrong at at Cottages of Camp Creek. It’s got everything you want in a beach house and it’s going to book up quick for the summer. And here’s a bonus. There’s a unit right next door. Same owner. If you’ve got a big family or a couple of families renting together. You’ll get a deal when you rent both at the same time. Cool, eh?
