The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I enjoy this condo because it is in the downtown part of Aspen but yet it is located in a very quiet area. A car is not necessary as all of the dining and shopping facilities are nearby.

I have owned this condo for several years and it is my home away from home. I am a Broker Associate in the real estate business in the panhandle of Flordia in the town of Destin. It is the new "ASPEN ON THE BEACH".

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO MAKE FOR A COMFORTABLE HOME - GREAT LOCATION!

Our stay was very comfortable with everything we needed to set up a temporary "home." The owner was easy to work and accommodating. The condo was extremely well provisioned -- everything you need to make a meal in the kitchen (even aluminum foil, storage containers, coffee filters, etc.), washer/ dryer in a bedroom ( with wash detergent provided), extra linens and bathroom toiletries in the hall closet. With my aged mother, we really liked being at the ground level and not having to climb the stairs of the condo complex. We were at the corner of downtown Aspen and could walk to most any restaurant or shop. The price was quite reasonable for a downtown Aspen location. Very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.
Owner response:Your recommendation was very much appreciated. We may not always have supplies of washing detergent and some of the other expendible items but we do resupply each time we are in Aspen.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
