We enjoyed your condo very much! Had everything we need plus all the extras. Very clean! View is awesome and we enjoyed the grassy area to relax and watch waves. Even saw whales in the distance. Enjoyed the bio at the front of the guestbook.... it makes for a personal touch. Thanks again.

Larry and Sharon; Had a wonderful stay in 507! We've never stayed anywhere with a better equipped kitchen - fantastic! Your remodel is spectacular - we looked at 211 during an open house (211 is original 1977) and can truly appreciate what you've done to this condo. We enjoyed the shuffleboard and putting green. We had a great 2 weeks here to celebrate our 5th anniversary and we couldn't have picked a better place to do it. Such a nice place with stunning views! We loved going snorkelling, travelling all the way up and around Mt. Haleakala and just enjoying the wonderful place. We will be back!

It took 21 years and a 50th birthday for my husband to agree to return to Hawaii. The last time we spent 2 weeks on Oahu and it rained for 13 days! This time we chose well - May, Maui, Kihei Surfside, Unit 507! Thank you for a fabulous vacation. Everything about the unit and staff at the Surfside was first class. Thank you for this wonderful place to spend a birthday celebration - a perfect getaway from cold rainy Seattle! The condo is beautifully equipped, the views extraordinary. One of us bicycled up and around the island, one of us painted (love those palm tree shadows and the black volcanic rocks), and both of us expolred the sights and galleries and great dinner options. Larry and Sharon; Mahalo for the use of your wonderful condo! It is perfectly equipped with all the amenities. The bed is super comfortable, the view amazing and I had a tough time getting my husband out of the shower! We really relaxed in Maui and truly enjoyed our morning walks along the many beaches! Really enjoyed the stunning flowers everywhere and the songs of the birds! We don't plan to wait as long to return again. Our 30th wedding anniversary was truly memorable. Thanks Again!

It has been 8 years since I spent Christmas in Maui. Warm air, sand and ocean instead of cold and snow was a pleasant change. Enjoyed your lovely condo and hopefully will be back in 2012.

Larry and Sharon; Your condo is as beautiful as it looked online - great renovations and really comfy unit. My husband loved the shower! We usually stay on the Nort side of Kihei, but we preferrd it here at Kihei Surfside - no bugs, less wind and great staff! Thanks for such great accomodations - definately try to get this unit again!

Alana and I arrived at Surfside on Aug 9 with 10 other family members for an amazing 2 week adventure which included our beach wedding on Aug 12! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay! We will be retuning to this exact, perfect location very soon!

Dear Larry and Sharon; We had a fabulous time and really enjoyed the condo. Great to go for a run along the beack in the morning and lots of things to see and do on the island, and of course, time to just relax on the beach and play in the surf! We will treasure the memories and make sure to pull them out in the winter when it hits 30 degrees below!

What a great vacation! This is our 2nd time in unit 507; first in 2008 and now in 2010. We were pleasantly surprised by the remodel! We have stayed on 3 different islands, in many different condos and this is definately our favorite! We can see why your family loves it here and we hope we can bring our families here one day too! Some of our favorites - Big Kahuna surfing lessons, Boogie Boarding, ealy morning coffee on the lanai, afternoons reading on the lawn, turtles eveywhere. We'll be back!

Dear Larry and Sharon; Thank you for sharing your wonderful spot with us. This arrangement worked out excellent for our family - a great central point for all our dives, plus right next to the boat launch for our scuba dives with Pro-Divers Maui (an exceptional outfit!) This is our second year to rent at the Kihei Surfside. We can't imagine staying elsewhere. Lovely breathtaking ocean view, close to the beach, pool, grill, equipped condos and viewing of sea turtles daily. Also found that one can rent kayaks next door - so close to our condo. It is always difficult to think of packing up and returning to reality. We will continue to stay here when units are available on our yearly trips to Maui.

Larry and Sharon; Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful unit with us. Love the upgrades to the interior. The views are perfect and we really enjoyed walking next door for a few drinks. Words can't begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay.Our first time at the Surfside was in 1988, that happened by fate, however we have returned some 20 times since; by choice! "Aloha Larry and Sharon;Thanks so much for the use of your beautiful condo. It has definetly been a different holiday. We have actually been here since Jan 30, but Dobbs wanted to come for our lids wedding on the lawn on the 24th. It was abeautiful Hawaiian/American ceremony by Rev. DeRego and most of the condo guests attended. We had two trilogy trips this week, but Friday to Moloikini was the best. With perfect water, loads of turtles and too many whales to count (saw three competition pods!)Saturday the tsunami warning sirens started at 6AM (Chile Earthquake). The TV had great reporting and the police, state , county and most of all the staff at the Surfside kept us informed & advised. Anyone over the third floor could stay, but we went to Gannon's (old Sea Watch) along with many other, had breakfast then sat around until the all clear at 2:30. Thayt night, the shoreline from the Pali to Olau Alu had over 20 feet of reef exposed! Thanks again!"

Dear Larry and Sharon; We had a lovely time in your condo. SO comfortable and well appointed, right down to the bottle opener in the cooler pocket! Every detail noticed and appreciated :) This is our first time to Kihei and we just loved it! We were lucky enough to have been invited to join our friends the Greene's who have been coming here for years and they showed us amazingly beautiful beaches and all the "great spots". We will be back with our kids in the future. This was a wonderful "Mom and Dad getaway", now the guilt is setting in and they will be in tow next time for sure! Larry & Sharon; Our 2nd visit to Kihei Surfside, first time renting your condo. We were SO comfortable and appreciated all the extra amenities. Beautiful job on the renovations! We waited 5 years beteen visits and have officially decided to make our trip an annual trip. Whether cooking in the awesome kitchen, lounging on the lanai, falling into the comfy bed at night, soaking in the sunby the beach, dipping into the pool, strolling on the beach or snorkelling with the turtles right out front, it all was a pleasure and a joy. We had a fantastic holiday and simply cannot wait to come back. Again, thanks for making everything so comfortable.

Sharon & Larry; After years of visiting all of the Hawaiian Islands, we came to the conclusion that Maui was our favorite. And now, after having stayed in several places from Kapalua to Lahaina, Kihei & Wailea, we now beleive the Kihei Surfside is our "favorite place on earth" too! "Dear Larry and Sharon; Many thanks for a wonderful stay! The unit was very comfortable and we had every convenience of home here. We explored the island extensively, visiting most of it except the road to Hana. Of all the beaches we visited, the best by far is the beach just to the south of the building. We spent many of our days riding the waves and sunning on the soft sand. The office staff couldn't have been nicer and more accomodating, and the grounds and the amenities of the building were great. We enjoyed sunny, warm and pleasant weather the duration of our stay and are dreading the return flight home. Many thanks again!"

"Larry and Sharon; Thank you guys so much for sharing your little piece of paradise with us! The unit is perfectly equipped & beautifully renovated! We cam down and ended up getting engaged on the rocks out front... the setting here at the Surfside is breathtaking! We usually stay across the street at the Maui Hill but it does not compare to the setting and views here!
