Luxurious Telluride Private Mountain Home

Beautiful views of the slopes and mountains. East side porch is perfect for breakfast sitting in the sun under blue skies. Main level master bedroom with private gas fireplace and french doors to porch viewing San Sophia Ridge. Lower level master bedroom with direct porch/hot tub (sits 8 persons) access. Bathrooms located on main and lower levels. One car heated garage.

Built in 2006, in-floor heated home features exceptional accommodations. Comfortably sleeps 8 with two king beds and two queen beds. Gourmet kitchen with extensive cooking supplies including griddle, rice cooker, crock pot, blender, mixer, roaster, waffle maker, mixer, espresso machine, coffee makers. Two flat screen HD TV's - one in master bedroom and very large one in open living area/dining/kitchen area with large gas fireplace. Vaulted ceiling living area next to open kitchen area. Cozy office space with fax/printer allows you to meet unexpected business concerns quickly and conveniently.

You can ski in and out of the home just a short walk up San Joaquin to the Sundance trail. There is a private trail behind home which allows ski-out access. The free dial-a-ride shuttle service will take you anywhere around town.

We also have a property maintenance service (Kastle Keepers) on call 24/7 to handle any emergent service issues during your stay.

We are located 1 mile from Mountain Village grocery store and Gondola parking.

  • Stayed at this beautiful home in October 2009. My experience couldn't have been better. Of course there were the great views, the comfortable beds, the big screen TV, the cozy hot tub, and the computer w/ wireless internet. But what surprised me is that the house really felt like home. I hope to get back here during ski season!

  • What a gorgeous house! My family and I were so happy with this vacation home -- it was perfect for us with the kids because it is spacious, with a great area on the second floor for the kids to stretch and enjoy their mountain time. The gondola to the center of town is close by, and all amenities are very convenient. Of course, the views are stunning and you can enjoy them from the hot tub! This was all especially important for me because my in-laws from Mexico were with us -- they were very impressed and comfortable and we had a great time. Lots of room for everyone.

  • We had a wonderful time! The house was beautiful, we spent a wonderful week at the villa enjoying the weather, amenities, golf and more. The house is in terrific condition, everything was comfortable, and the house staff were wonderful…very helpful, polite and accommodating. Our guests, who were visiting telluride for the first time had a great vacation, and absolutely loved the place. My family and I highly recommend this beautiful “retreat” and look forward to returning each year. Thanks again. I expect we'll be talking again as we plan our trip next year.   • My Husband and I have stayed in this wonderful house on multiple occasions. The house is absolutely beautiful with so much privacy. There are wonderful views from any floor in the house. We have stayed in a couple of the rooms, and each of the beds have been comfortable to sleep in. We enjoyed being able to open up the french doors on the main level bedroom in the morning and just enjoy the fresh mountain air. There are also some great places to walk or hike near the house. The town is not far either. We rode down to the gondola and took the gondola into town. The gondola ride into town is a wonderful experince and provides incredible views as well.

  • This house was a perfect vacation home to get away for the weekend. Amazing view over the large deck. The house is fabulously decorated and very inviting. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equiped with high-end applicances to enjoy a family meal. The best part was the amazing hot tub on the deck overlooking the solitude of the moutains. Well worth the rental. Very thankful for such a lovely home and great vacation. Will return to this vacation home Jon

  • I recently stayed with relatives (all girls) total of thirteen for a reunion. We all had a fabulous time cooking, sitting in the jacuzi hot tub, watch wildlife out the living room window. The mountain village & lift ride into town of Telluride was breathtaking. Great place to stay for quick get away & refresh your mind. I would totally recommend staying in this beautiful cabin for some time of relaxation when you plan your next get away with family or girlfriends. I look forward to my next time off to hike the mountains in Telluride and return to a home away from home.

  • My fiance and I had a fabulous time in Telluride during the long Memorial weekend. The house is perfect for a getaway. We enjoyed sitting on the deck gazing at the beautiful scenery and listening to the birds and wind in the tall pine and aspen trees, as well as cooking big fancy meals and hanging out in the kitchen on the main floor. The house is perfect for large families to spend quality time together and still have their space! We took advantage of the "Dial-A-Ride" service that picked us up at the house, drove us to the Gondola, and picked us back up when we were ready and drove us back home. This is perfect for people who are unfamiliar with Telluride, don't want to drive, and/or have had a couple drinks too many. Safe and stress free!!! We also took advantage of the hottub on the lower deck. It would be so romantic during the winter! Hopefully we will have a chance to visit your house in Telluride again! My fiance and I highly recommend that people interested in beautiful scenery and relaxing should take some time and enjoy life in Telluride Colorado in the comforts of this beautiful home!

  • Stayed in Dec 2007 and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Thanks Jeff! Great location nestled within the slopes with beautiful mountain views. Smart floorplan with a modern entertainment centre, offers privacy in addition to a large common area to be together. My family was raised on mountain vacations and this is one of my favorites. Doesn't hurt that it is in Telluride: beautiful location, friendly people, great skiing.
