This beach is pristine! The Bahama Wind has a fantastic view of the Gulf of Mexico. The view of the beach from your private double balcony is breathtaking. Watch the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico and feel yourself relax. Go for an early morning stroll on the beach or enjoy your coffee on the balcony as the sun comes up. There's no clock telling you to hurry, just the wind and the gulf waiting for you to do as you please. You might want to go deep-sea fishing or parasailing. The options are nearly endless. There are two bedrooms with the master having a king size bed and a flat screen TV and your own personal bathroom. At night you can open the big double doors that lead onto your private balcony. Drift off to sleep while you hear the waves crashing on to the beach. The guest bedroom also has a TV, a full size bed, and a bathroom. The living room has a large flat screen TV, a queen size sleeper-sofa, and double doors leading onto the large balcony. The Indies has a unique swimming pool with a shallow wading area and cascading falls, including a baby pool and a hot tub. There is a well-equipped exercise room and also a game room for your enjoyment. The Indies borders the old fort and you can have all the beachcombing you want on the beautiful white sandy beaches. While here, visit historic Fort Morgan. You can see the spot where the Union Ironclad still sits after being sunk by a water torpedo (mine) during the Civil War. You can almost hear the cannon shots being fired from the tall masted ships in the pass. A museum is on site to give you all the details. If you look toward Mobile Bay from the other side of the Indies, you may catch a glimpse of the cruise ships that pass nearby. If shopping is your thing, Tanger Outlet Malls is just up the road in nearby Foley, Alabama. There are restaurants close with several offering breakfast for your convenience. Come stay at The Bahama Wind and enjoy life on "beach time".
