William and Carolyn, Thank you for sharing your home with us! We had a great time. The condo is beautiful and the view is awesome. We really enjoyed the extra space in the 2 bedroom unit and the third bathroom comes in handy when you have daughters! Loved the decor and we want to know where you get the fish art in the master bedroom. Hope to stay here next year.

We had the opportunity to stay in your beautiful beach front condo this past summer, and our experience was fantastic. Great accommodations, and great home-away-from-home. Our family looks forward to the next time we get the chance to stay at your place. We highly recommend to anyone wanting an excellent place to stay on the beach, stay here, and spread the word.

My family had a dream vacation at the beach in your condo. We are a family with 4 small children and we had plenty of room for all and even a little extra if we had wanted to invite someone along. The condo as well as the property as a whole was immaculately clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We were also surprised how swanky and luxurious our home for the week was. The pool and the hot tub were great and the access to the beach was perfect. I used the fitness room everyday and was pleased with the equipment, cleanliness, and service there as well. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The grill on the deck was a great added bonus that I enjoyed using. I would like to recommend local attractions, but to be honest we were perfectly content staying right where we were for the week. We went to Peir Park twice and ate at Jimmy Buffet's once, but otherwise used the nearby grocery (with lots of meat for the grill!!) and kept our family quite entertained at Sterling Breeze and the beach. We would love to come back one day and would gladly recommend your beach home to anyone.

This unit is beautiful. The unit is very clean. The pictures looked great but the actual stay was even better. We had some seaweed in the water the first couple of days but it cleared and the water was great. The beach was clean and not crowded. We loved it and would stay again.

This condo is very nice - beautifully decorated, spacious, and convenient to everything. We just got back, and I can say that the week was very relaxing and enjoyable. I would recommend staying here.

Our stay at your new Sterling Breeze was fantastic. I loved the decorating. It looked like something out of Coastal Living Magazine. I especially like staying in a smaller building as there is always a chair at the pool. We also liked the Wine Bar and Fire Pit. We walked to Pier Park which was less than a 1/4 mile down the street. We had dinner at Margaritaville. We will be staying with you next year. Thanks for the wonderful time.
