Built in the late 1800s, this stately brick building in the heart of Washington DC has been beautifully restored (inside and out) and features four newly renovated luxury units. From its location on the corner of M and 12th streets NW, visitors are steps away from the DC Convention Center, a short walk to the nearby Metro/subway and within blocks to the White House, Chinatown, DuPont Circle, the Penn Quarter, Ford's Theater, The Spy Museum, and many other attractions, shops and restaurants.
Four units are available and each feature over 550 sq ft of living space. Each unit has high ceilings, hard wood floors, great windows and includes a living room, one bedroom, one full marble bath, a dining area, and fully appointed gourmet kitchen. All bedding and towels are supplied. Each gourmet kitchen has a complete set of utensils, dishes, pots and pans, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and washer/dryer. Guests can stay connected with free use of broadband internet, enjoy watching a flat screen TV, prepare a meal in the gourmet kitchen, or just explore the neighborhood.
For an additional cost, two of the units have special amenities; one features a large patio with outdoor grill/kitchen and water garden while another has a separate loft area perfect for children.
