Beautiful 2600 sq ft, three story, 5 bedroom with loft log home in Waterville Estates. The home features 3 master size bedrooms and is perfect for 2 large or 3 small Families. Cathedral ceilings and a wall of windows in the main living area keep the home bright and sunny all day long. The main level is also where you will find the large dining area, kitchen, full bath, and 2 master bedrooms. The top level features another master bedroom, another full bath and loft. The lower level is perfect for the kids with 2 bedrooms, a full bath, a family room and mud room for all your gear. The exterior features a large deck, gas grill, ample parking and a tranquil wooded setting. A short walk to the club house with 2 indoor pools & hot tub, an outdoor pool & hot tub, sauna, a small lake, tennis, basketball, horseshoes, a restaurant, bar, and lounge.

Very cozy, well organized, the pictures don't do it justice. Everyone was thrilled & looks forward to coming back. Plenty of cooking amenities, spacious group areas, great lighting. The bedrooms were very comfortable & spacious. The owners were very organized, responsive & helpful. Cabin was clean & well stocked with towels & linens. My whole family went up to this house for a week of skiing and it was great. The owners had thought of everything, the kitchen was well stocked, there were tons of towels, and linens. There is room for everyone to hangout together, as well as places that you can go off and read a book. Everyone had a great time! Thank you.Did you find this review helpful? Myself and 8 other Ladies had a wonderful weekend in this "squeaky Clean" cabin. There was so much space everyone was comfortable. Three floors make it a perfect get away home for multiple families. We visited the Flume which was only 15-20 minutes away and spent the rest of the time enjoying the beautiful weather and scenery out on the deck. We were three families with small children and had a great time- lots of space and great to have a community pool. We had not read through our list of things to do before driving up there and when we were leaving we realized we had to drive our trash out...our cars were full and kids packed in...it was very inconvenient- you would expect it to be included in the cleaning fee.Owner response: We now offer an optional trash removal service for all of our renters. So you have a choice! Drop whatever you would like to dispose of at the Campton/Thornton transfer station on your way out, or have our service take care of it for you.

We had a terrific stay in this cabin. It had plenty of room for 10 of us to spread out, and we found it to be clean and comfortable. The heat worked very well (and the wood stove made it really toasty). Everything is labeled and easy to use. The kitchen is simple but everything worked fine and we made a big pasta dinner for our group (though the closest full grocery store is a couple of exits away, so it pays to plan ahead). It is a beautiful secluded location--wooded and quiet--and the surrounding area was easy to get around with plenty of options for skiing, dining, etc. In the house we had spotty cell phone reception with Sprint, but better reception with Verizon and Tmobile. The wireless internet connection was great. The only thing we couldn't quite figure out was the stereo, but that may have just been trouble finding a strong station. Everyone in my group was pleased and impressed with this house and we would definitely rent it again!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

This house is amazing. It is large and spacious and has plenty of beds, bathrooms and places to hang out. We love the large family room with the fireplace and the large kitchen table for family meals. We have stayed here in both the warm weather and the cold weather and there is always so much to do. From skiing and snowshoeing in the winter to hanging out at the club by the pool or lake in the summer or just going for long walks anytime of year. It's a beautiful location. We would highly recommend this house. We can't wait to stay here again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

we are two families that stayed in the cabin for three nights and it was just perfect. the house is big but cozy, plenty of space for privacy when needed, but yet perfect to spend time together. the house is fully equipted, very clean and the owners are very nice and helpfull. we highly recomend, we had a great time and cant wait to come back.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Over the past year our family has had the pleasure of staying at this property on a number of getaways. Whether it be in the winter, to enjoy the skiing at Waterville or Loon (both very close), to enjoy the spring/summer activities, and fall foliage, this home is located near endless activities for all 4 seasons. The amenities are top notch. With a family of 6 there is plenty of room, we have stayed with 12 people and all have been very comfortable. This home is a beautiful place to relax. The owners keep it well maintained and are a pleasure to deal with. Having rented other vacations homes in the area, we have found this to be our absolute favorite. This is a top notch vacation spot. We highly recommend it whether you are looking for a weekend getaway or a weeklong vacation!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This is a great place to stay. It's far enough from civilization, but with many amenities close by. We've stayed at this house 3 times. It's clean, well stocked, very comfortable and cozy. It's great for kids, teenagers, and multiple families. There's plenty of room for everyone. We've only stayed here in the winter and we were either skiing/slowboarding at WaterValley, walking in the wooded neighborhood trails or we've spent time at the pool/fitness club. Everything was wonderful. Although we've only stayed here in the winter, I can easily imagine how beautiful it would be in the summer. It's a great area for hiking, biking and other summer activities. Anyone that stays here will have plenty to do and will enjoy the house immensely. We will definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
