Weekly rentals Start from Sunday to Sunday, no exceptions. Move in time is 2:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM. The cost is $1200 a week. If you are interested email with the following information. Name, number of adults and children in the party and the week or weeks that you would like. I will email you back with my address. I will need a $200 deposit within 48 hours. From experence I must have the check within 48 hours. First come, first serve. Please do all your looking first. The balance of the payment will be due 10 days before your move in date. The July 4th week (fireworks, music, food, dancing and fun on the private beach)
is $1500 which is from June 28th to July 5th. Memorial Day week will start on Sunday May 24 th to May 31. This week is also $1400. There is a charge for beach badges which have to be purchased at Ocean Beach Club.
If you are thinking of two weeks or more the cost would be $1100 a week except July 4th
This bungalow is located 9 houses from a private beach. It is on the beach side and there are no main roads that you have to cross if you have children. The community is quiet and family oriented. It is conveniently located within walking distance for a convenience store, meat market, ice cream parlor, tennis courts and miniature gulf.
The house has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen and living area. One bedroom has a full-size bed, the other bedroom has two twin beds. There is a pull out sleeper sofa that can accommodate two people.
Just minutes away from Point Pleasant and Seaside Boardwalks, which feature rides and amusements. Fun for children and adults.
The house is also available for rental in the off-season.
