This is a new lakefront Chalet (Private Lake). The view is breath taking. You can Swim/tan at the private beach while the kids play in the sand located only a short walk from the front door, or spend your day fishing right out front off our brand new dock. There's a gas grill down stair's with a full tank for you to enjoy. If you're looking for a place to really spend with your family this is the place to come. Let our Summer home be your Summer home.

The main floor has the kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and deck. The kitchen is fully equipped. The upstairs loft has Cable TV with VCR and DVD Player and two pull out couches. The bedrooms also have Cable TV in them. After a day on the lake or on the slopes, enjoy relaxing on the spacious deck that overlook's the lake or inside relaxing by the gas fireplace.

If your kids are like ours, they will not even use the pull-out couches. They love to just use sleeping bags on the floor upstairs when watching a movie. So if your looking for a vacation rental that doesn't feel like a rental home, then you've found your place!

  • My friends and I were looking for a place to stay while we were skiing at Elk mountain. This house was perfect. It had plenty of space and an awesome view of the lake. The owner of the house was extremely accomidating. He dropped off and picked up the keys when we needed. I would recomend staying here if you need a place to stay with friends or with your significant other.

  • We were two couples staying at this home for the 4th of July weekend (3 nights) this year (2008), and we LOVED IT! The home is brand new (not even a year old!), everything is very clean and neat! The owner is extremely easy to get along with, and a very nice man. The neighbors were superb, and had a wonderful party for the holiday, to which we were invited! Best of all, if you decide to stay for the 4th of July, the Lake community displays a Fireworks Show, which was fascinating and magnificent. It was better than any other firework display I have ever seen! The lake is very clean and warm. Also a good place to go fishing (The owner has fishing rods which he promptly advised us we may use, together with all other fishing equipment). We managed to book this house (some how...) a DAY BEFORE the holiday, and were thrilled! There are two very neat + clean bedrooms, and dont let the world "LOFT" misguide you, it is 85% secluded upstairs, making it nearly a private floor, with two large couches pulling out into to large beds (I'd say about Queen size). Loft has a TV, as well as each bedroom. The bathroom is brand new! (everything is, its a new house), and everything is available (starting with salt/pepper, to paper plates and cups, to all kitchen utencils, to clean crisp bedsheets, towels, and anything you can think of you might need on a vacation). Brian, if you're reading this, I am looking FORWARD to renting out your house again and again. Loved your surrounding area, so quiet, beautiful views on the drive in to town and back! Bottom line, great house, great location and we had a great vacation! P.S. Brian, I'd love if you threw in the boats to use for tugging, or whatever, with the rental. Let me know, I'll be there the following weekend! =)
