ABOUT OUR UNIT:

Our condo is located in the desired "inner courtyard" on the 3rd floor of building 5, overlooking a lush green belt, and includes a VIEW OF THE OCEAN.

The renovation features upgraded furnishings, new fixtures and lighting, granite countertops, and glass block showers. Although the unit is air conditioned, fragrant trade winds will cool the interior to keep you comfortable. The condo is spacious and airy with new tile floors, and the kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and utensils. The furniture was replaced in 2008, and a Top Of The Line Simmons KING SIZE BED in Fall '08. A large washer/dryer is included in the unit.

The largest of three public park beaches, Kamaole III, lies just across the street from the resort and there are many other beaches nearby. The snorkeling is world class where you can enjoy tropical fish and lava formations in the warm water at the edge of white sand beaches. The tiny island of Molokini, a premier dive and snorkel location, is not far offshore; excursions are easy to arrange through the resort’s activity desk.   • My wife and I stayed in this beautiful condo the first part of September. We have stayed at the Kamaole Sands before and found this unit to be far superior to what we have experienced in the past. I was very pleased to find that the pictures of the condo are a good representation of what you can expect. The hi-def big screen television was appreciated as the first NFL game of the season was on during our stay. Although with the great pool, and beautiful beach across the street we really didn't spend much time watching t.v. Thank you Doug for sharing your great condo with us.

  • This was our third stay in the Kamaole Sands complex, and we thought this unit was very nicely upgraded. The kitchen remodel really opened up the living room area of the condo and the bathroom remodels were a high quality upgrade from older units we have stayed in. The view from the lanai is wonderful and we loved eating meals outside taking in the beauty of the grounds and ocean view. Doug and Jackie were very easy to work with and were very quick in responses to questions about the condo or anything else about Maui. We will be recommending their unit to any of our family and friends that are headed to Maui. Thanks for making such a wonderful condo available to us as a home away from home.
