Our beautiful STERLING BEACH home is located on Thomas Drive just down the street from Schooners. Our resort rests on approx. 5 acres with over 300 feet of Gulf Front sugar white sand. Our pool is over 4000 sq. ft. with a large spa to enjoy. The fitness center is located pool side with LCD screens to watch CNN while working out. We also have lounger's on our balcony for you to soak up the sun. If you want to watch your DVD on a larger screen, we have a 48 seat theater with great surround sound.
Our home features luxuriously finished, custom painted, professionally decorated, and fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your vacation. All rooms have a large screen TV, with a DVD and VCR player ready to play. With over 1633 Sq. Ft. of living space and almost 300 Sq. Ft. of balcony, you will have enough space to feel right at home.

This property was clean and well-maintained as well as close to our favorite hangouts in Panama City Beach such as Pineapple Willie's, Schooner's, St. Andrew's Park Our grandchildren loved the pool and ocean and the family enjoyed cooking out on the grills located near the pool area. The people who run the condo complex were friendly and helpful and the management company made sure we had all necessary information., We have rented this condo two years in a row now and would recommend the property.

My family and I have been making yearly pilgrimages to Panama City Beach for more than 10 years. We would all agree that the Grumbley's Sterling Beach property is one of the nicest condominiums we have rented. The furnishing and finishes throughout are top notch. It is not a condo that you would expect to be a 'rental". On top of that the owners made the entire rental process extremely user friendly.

Our family enjoyed so much the Sterling Beach Resort for our May 2011 vacation. The condo was decorated beautifully and was comfortable, just like home! We loved having alot of beach room. to put up a family tent and beach chairs. The pool was great. Thanlk you for a great vacation stay!

We have vacationed in PCB for 17 years. Our stay in your condo last year was great and we have reserved again for this year. Being that we stay for a month we do cook alot in the condo and we were very impressed with everything you supply in the kitchen and love having the pantry. Of course, we do have our favorite restaurants and visit them frequently. We have stayed at Sterling Beach since it opened and your condo is the best. We are looking forward to spending many more vacations in your condo.

The property was by far the best that we have had. There were no disappointments. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Pictures of rooms, statements made, and beaches were as promised. I hope to stay at the same place next summer.

What a wonderful time for our family to enjoy the sun and beaches of Panama Beach. But even better was the lovely condo we rented for the week. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. The decor was pretty but not overpowering as we have seen in some condos. We appreciated the spaciousness and the perfectly set up kitchen. We would return to your condo in a minute, as well as refer other guest to you. We apprecitated the ease in talking with you as well.
