This luxurious TWO BEDROOM, TWO BATH, GROUND FLOOR BEACHFRONT condo has gorgeous, uninterrupted panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, the west Maui Mountains and neighboring islands. The beachfront of Kauhale Makai is excellent for long morning walks.
Our condo is located on the GROUND floor of the Plumeria building at Kauhale Makai which is Hawaiian for "Village By The Sea". It is a quiet family oriented complex and this specific unit is the largest in the entire building. It was COMPLETELY REMODELED in 2006. There are two bedrooms, each with a full bathroom. Master bedroom has a king sized bed and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed. The kitchen has all new appliances and is, of course, fully equipped. There is a dining area, which seats six. There is a lanai off of the living room which steps out into a large grassy area sprinkled with palm trees. There is also a master bedroom lanai which is just a few yards away from the pool and BBQ area.
Our condo, which has TWO-ZONED CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING, contains a TV, CD player and has high-speed Internet access (Wi-Fi) - you bring the computer). There are washers and dryers on every floor.
Kauhale Makai is located on the leeward side of Maui, in the town of Kihei. The mountains protect this area from the storms and rains of the northern and eastern parts of the island. The complex consists of two six-story buildings, each with two elevators. It features a pool, hot tub, kiddy pool, putting green, shuffleboard, gas barbeques and volleyball court. Public tennis courts are just a short 5 min. walk away. Many of Maui’s world famous beaches and renowned golf courses are located just minutes away. Our central location is convenient to many of Maui’s natural attractions, not to mention restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and entertainment. Be sure to check out The Wailea Shops from 6:30 to 9:30 every Wednesday evening for free entertainment and The Maui Arts and Cultural Center’s website. Sorry - Our complex does not allow pets, and our unit is a NON-SMOKING condo. Stay in a first-rate Maui vacation rental without the high cost!
