Our home has Beautiful Ocean Views from the master bedroom continuing into the living room, and lanai. This private residence has all of the amenities and is beautifully finished with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The living room and dining room combo allows a beautiful open view of the ocean whether you are sitting on the couches, eating at the dining room table or sipping coffee on the lanai.
Enjoy the view of the ocean from this private unit or walk downstairs to the beautiful beach. Sugar Beach is an amazing sandy beach that is perfect for swimming, boogie boarding, kayaking, windsurfing, or just enjoying the sun. When the trade winds enter the area, watch the windsurfers at one of Maui's favorite windsurfing spots! Sugar beach is the longest beach in Hawaii and is perfect for a morning walk or sunset stroll.
The view from our condominium includes Haleakala Crater to the left and Sugar Beach to the front and right. During whale season, you can watch the whales play from this beautiful spot.
The condominium complex also has a beautiful pool and jacuzzi as well as an exercise room that is complete with brand new cardio equipment.

Pay Pal, Cashier's Checks and Personal Checks Accepted (Pay Pal Preferred).
Deposit: $500 at reservation, balance due within 60 days prior to your arrival.
Cleaning Fee: $165 for stays of 6 nights or less.
Cancellation fee equals rate for one (1) night if cancelled prior to 60 days
before arrival, two (2) nights if cancelled prior to 30 days before arrival.
