The Unique Benefits of this Apartment
The View is ever changing, and absolutely breathtaking! I never tire of gazing out the windows at the skyline of the city I love. We chose our apartments on the west side as building height restrictions there give us an unsurpassed and unrestricted view. Our new, green buildings are stylish, freshly decorated with original art and supremely comfortable. The neighborhood is so walkable, there are many gems to discover as restaurants seem to open daily! New to the block are several wine bars and restaurants from Italian to Thai. It is a pleasant walk to Lincoln Center, shops on 5th Avenue and Rockefeller Plaza. The french bakery and Bistro downstairs is a favorite for morning croissant and espresso.
