Awesome apartment: clean, well-equipped, great location, wonderful views (from apartment and from the roof-top deck). Can walk to almost anything in Manhattan; Central Park, Broadway, Times Square, Top-of-the-Rock. Very good French bakery across the street for early morning coffees and pastries or a complete breakfast. Try it - you'll love it.

Easy to get everywhere in Manhattan, wonderful views, lovely building, great French cafe across the street for coffee and croissants every morning. Owners were very helpful, even helped with delivery/pick-up of medical equipment before/after our stay.

My husband and three daughters stayed in this beautiful apartment for three weeks this summer. I can't say enough about the cleanliness, wonderful location and kindness of the doormen and other staff. It was quiet, great AC and the wine bar downstairs was a treat after a long day walking. The washer/dryer inside the room was a lifesaver as well. We will definitely go back!

Five of us had been planning our girlfriend getaway to NYC for three years, and this apartment was the beginning and centerpiece for our whole stay. Spacious, very clean. so convenient with 2 baths, full kitchen and washer/dryer and the comfortable sitting room to rest and talk at the end of the day. The private balcony was a treat, and the shared terrace absolutely beautiful, with those views as spectacular as advertised, especially on brilliant sunny days, which we had in abundance (thanks NYC weather.) We fell in love with the wine bar down the street, and were close to all the things we wanted to do. Everything went extremely smoothly, and Ayaka was helpful at every turn, both before and during our stay. And Mary's beautiful prints on the walls were an added bonus. Highly, highly recommended.

We stayed for 5 nights in February 2010 and loved everything it. Two adults and two teenagers, lots of space, new, clean and very comfortable. Within walking distance to Times Square, Central Park, lots of restaurants and bars as well as the subway stops. We will be back! Thank you

We stayed 16 nights at the apt and everything was excellent. Vajra and Ayaka did eveything to help me. The housekeeper Yuri was also very kind and helpful. The apt was exactly as described. It was clean, well-maintened, very comfortable, the location is walking distance from many attractions. Vajra is very polite. and provided good customer service.The day of our arrival he brought flowers to us. We loved it. For sure we will stay there when going to NY again.

We stayed for 2 nights the last week of Aug & we absolutely loved it here! It looks just like the pictures but even better. The apt was so clean when we arrived & I've never had views like this from any hotel I've ever stayed at in NYC. And staying in an apt was so much better than a hotel. We really felt like New Yorkers! I can't wait to go back. The view is absolutely breathtaking by day or night!!

Excellent Place to Stay in NYC

We stayed in this apartment for 12 nights in May 2009 and it was perfect. The apartment is exactly as it is in the photos and the view of the city is amazing, especially at night. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you will need there including all things in the kitchin, towels etc. There were four of us staying in the apartment including our 4 year old daughter and we were very comfortable. Everything is within walking distance, all the theatres, times square, central park and anything a bit further didnt cost much in a taxi. Subway line was also 10 minute walk. I recommend this apartment to anyone wanted the perfect place to stay in NYC! Ayaka did everything possible to make our stay as enjoyable as possible including a late checkout and not asking us to even replace the coffee pot that we accidentaly broke!

This is for the people that are as skeptical as I was. The pictures are hard to believe because they are so beautiful, but that is really what the apartment looks like. It is wonderful. One of the legs on one of the couches was broken, and there was some old food in the refrigerator, but since that was really the only problem, it was no big deal. Loved it!

February in NYC

Thank you so much, Vajra!!! This is a lovely, clean, safe penthouse retreat with everything anyone could ask for. Closeby to great eateries and attractions---you can actually see the bright lights of Times Square and Hudson from this gem. Just a short walk to both and the top of the Rock. 3 married couples had plenty of room and privacy. The view from the penthouse floor to ceiling windows was just as good as the roof top terrace. Great NYC style pizza from Don Giavoni's, upscale breakfast and mimosas at the EATERY and a great grocery were right around the corner on 9th Ave. Parking was extra but very cheap on 53rd. It was a super deal. We will return for the holiday window displays!! What a great experience.

The apartment is just awesome! Everything is as described. We felt like real New Yorkers! The location is perfect. The A, C and E subway lines are just a 10 minute walk away, but we rarely used them. We walked to all major attractions (except down to the Financial District). Even Macy's and the Empire State Building were in walking distance (25 minute walk). Time Sq., the Central Park, the MoMA are a 15 minute walk away (at the most). The view out of the apartment is simply breathtaking. The decor of the apartment is very tasteful. The owner provided us with some basic grocery items upon arrival. We appreciated this very much after our long journey from Germany to NYC. Overall, the owner was a real pleasure to deal with; always helpful, responding to e-mails right away and really accommodating! We will definitely come back!

We stayed over Thanksgiving and it was great. The view is even more spectacular in person. The location is great. We walked to Central park, Time Square and Radio City. I would highly recommend it.

This property was greta. We were a 15 minute walk to Times Square or Central Park. We had beautiful views of downtown. Condo was clean and everything was as advertised.

Fabulous Penthouse Apartments

Our family of 3 couples (6 adults), one toddler and one infant just completed a 4 night stay in these two penthouse apartments. The location is perfect!! The apartments are located two blocks from the Hudson River and two blocks from midtown/subways. It was a quick, easy walk to the subways, and it was great to stay in a residential area. We walked to Central Park, Broadway shows, Rockefeller Center, Pier 83 for Harbor Cruise, etc. The views from both apartments were spectacular!! Each apartment had adjoining wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows which provided a panoramic view of the midtown skyline. Because there are two blocks of low buildings between the apartments and mid-town, the view was equal to a picture postcard!! The owner of the apartment was extremely accomodating. She went to the trouble of providing us with a crib, even though that wasn't a listed amenity. The apartments were clean and beautifully furnished, with very comfortable beds. We appreciate that they provided laundry soap, shampoo and conditioner, bar soap, seasonings, olive oil, sugar, coffee and filters, etc... the sort of thing you don't want to shop for in NYC for a 4 day stay!! The apartments had wifi, even a printer in one of them... there were a lot of helpful maps and restaurant suggestions. We really liked the "Happy Joy" Chinese restaurant across 10th and 52nd!! Since there was no one checking in on the day of our departure, the owner accomodated our evening flights with a late check-out. Very appreciated!! It was a beautiful, perfect place to stay and we will recommend these apartments to anyone!!
