This recently renovated beach front home is a true slice of heaven. Private beach, with beds facing east, so that you can wake to see the sunrise. Take advantage of vacationing in one of the most bucolic and beautiful parts of the world, with vineyards matching Napa and ocean beaches 15 minutes away and all just 1.5 hours east of New York City.

The lawn in front of the house ends at the 7 steps that lead to a private beach and pristine Peconic Bay waters... less than 10 feet deep, great swimming for all ages.

The green lawn at the back of the house provides a perfect space for croquet, badminton...etc and beyond the lawn are gardens that can only be imagined in a storybook!

The inside of the house has been beautifully renovated and furnished. The kitchen has a professional range and is fully equipped. The 2 full bathrooms are brand new. The bedrooms are very comfortable, 2 with queen size beds, the third has 2 twins. All bedrooms have ceiling fans but if necessary, the house has brand new central air conditioning. Linens, pots/pans, utensils...everything included!

This home has everything anyone could want or need......just bring your bathing suits!

  • This is the 2nd time we have rented this lovely home the beautiful and serene Peconic Bay. This is truly a special spot and the house is the perfect mix of little luxuries and comfortable casualness. The house is so nicely furnished you immediately feel at home. Open the French doors and breath in the air and you immediately relax. The North Fork is like Wine country, Cape Cod, and Provence rolled into one. The owner of this home is also very special. The attention to detail is remarkable. Should a problem arise it will be taken care of quickly. For others in Massachusetts... getting to the North Fork takes no more time than getting to Nantucket. My only hesitation in recommending this house is that it won't be available for us.

  • My husband and I loved our vacation at this beautifully decorated home. We spent 2 weeks enjoying falling asleep to the sound of the waves, waking to the sunrise and relaxing on the beach which is just beyond the french doors. The house is spotless and totally renovated and modern, but with that special charm that only a house on the beach can have. The vineyards and local restaurants are fabulous as are all of the farmstands if you just want to eat at home and get lost in the view.

The owner is a designer and her taste and style is evident everywhere. The location, on the water with great views and surrounded by spectacular gardens, give the property a storybook feel; you feel removed from the everyday world though you are just minutes away from: great biking, vineyards, fabulous restaurants, charming shops. Our family had a relaxing, intimate time grilling outdoors, walking on the beach, kayaking, reading. The house has every convenience, and everything is new (the kitchen is well equipped with everything you could want). We definitely plan to return again. Recommended for: Romantic Getaway, Girls Getaway, Age 55+
