Stay at our upscale family oriented home with private pool and spa overlooking Mystic Dunes Golf Course for your next Disney World area vacation.It is located just 4 miles from Disney World and only 15 minutes to Sea World and Universal Orlando.
We make frequent visits to our home to insure that our home is maintained to a high standard for ourselves as well as our guests. Our local manager always takes great care of our homes and guests!
The home is luxuriously equipped throughout with all the necessities and much more! Each room is tastefully Disney themed. Many of my guests enjoy discovering all the hidden Disney touches throughout the home. Not your ordinary vacation home--a vacation destination in itself. Children love staying at our home--so do their parents! Please try to book your vacation at my home as early as possible--my home fills up quickly.

No, it's not trick photography!! This house really is as nice as the pictures. The attention to detail is astounding. It's just like staying at your best friends house (if you were lucky enough to have a friend with great taste and a house near Disney!) Our children felt welcome and comfortable here and so did we. Great pool and charming home all around. What a pleasure! Very close to Disney and all other attractions. It's better than having your own house in FL because Arlene does all the hard work, and you get to enjoy, stress free! The only problem I have with writing such a positive review is all of you might catch on and book my next vacation before me! I can't wait to return.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My family stayed so warm and comfortable at this clean & well-designed home for 4 days during Thanksgiving holidays. Especially my two daughters(8th & 5th grade) thanks to their daddy(yes!! I'm daddy) for leasing this beautiful house. Two neat and cuty room for children(Micky room, Pooh room) is the highlights to them. Everything that we experienced at this home is satisfaction itself, near by Disney, good pravacy & silence, green golf course view, pool & spa with water toys, recently remodeled interior....If Orlando again, my light step will again to this house....Owner response: I am very pleased to hear that your family enjoyed your stay at my home for your first Thanksgiving holiday in the USA! This home was absolutely perfect for my family. It is in a great location, very easy to get to all the Disney parks. The house was beautiful, well kept and provided evey amenity we needed (and a few that we wouldn't have thought of but enjoyed anyway!). The pool was great, it was nice to come back and relax in the pool and hot tub after a full day in the parks. Arlene is wonderful to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed here on July 15th through July 23, 2011. Arlene is a very nice person. Her home is spectacular. Everything we need was there. The home is clean and we loved all the disney themed rooms including all the disney dishes and utensils. What nice little touch to make us feel welcome. We were only 10 mins. away from Magic Kingdom and Epcot. It was hot so we wereable to go back to our vacation rental and swim, then go back to the parks. I would recommend this owner. Had a great time. Loved the home. Thank You.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We have been fortunate enough to stay at Arlene's home for several years now, and it is by far the best that we have ever found! Not only is her beautiful home extremely close to all the parks, but Arlene has set up her home so that all family needs are fulfilled. From the wonderfully themed Disney rooms to the pool area, this is a dream stay for any home renter. From the spacious living area to the huge kitchen and dining room, this home has it all. You can definitely stretch out after a long day visiting the parks, and with a family of six (like us) it is much appreciated. Arlene's home is also centrally located, so that there is easy access to everything that you could ever want. Arlene has been fantastic, and has always answered any questions that we may have had. We have never had any problems, and will continue to stay here for many years to come!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The pictures are not a joke the house is what you really see, we actually did not stay at this house but they put us in a house just like this one it was wonderful. We spent a week there and I would do it again and recommend it to anyone that is wanting to go this route. It was nice to go to the parks in the mornings until mid day, then when it would start warming up we would go back to the house have lunch, rest kids would swim and then go back to the parks. It was very clean and nice. Did not want to go home.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

It is true that staying at a home with your own pool so close to Disney World is great for families with children or without children! We have 5 children--I used to book a home every year for our Disney World/Universal Orlando vacation. It was so much better for our large family than staying at a hotel. I liked the concept so much that I bought my own vacation home near Disney World! When we are there we don't want to go home either!

About the owner: We are the Caruso Family of Saylorsburg, PA. For 36 years we have lived in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. We grew up in the greater Philadelphia area and moved to the Poconos to enjoy the beauty and nature that this area offers. It has been a great place to raise our 5 children. I love the summers here--but I hate the winters--lol!
Why the Owner Chose Other Kissimmee West Properties:
Since we hate the winters in Pennsylvania and we all love Disney World--it made sense to buy a home in this area. This property was bought because as they say in real estate--'The three most important things are--location, location, location'! We are very close to the theme parks, shopping, restaurants, etc.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
It was important to us to have a spa--not just a pool at our vacation home. We loved the golf course view that this house enjoyed! Where we live in Pennsylvania, we have privacy, quiet, beauty and can enjoy nature-- this home also has privacy, quiet, beauty and we do enjoy the nature around us. So for us it is just like home and a great place for ourselves, our children and now our grandchildren!
