Villa Jasmine is a 4 bedroom villa on Sandy Ridge, a very quiet new development just off Exit 58 of the I4, near Champions Gate.
Only 10 minutes driving to Disney, 6 mins to the 192 area, 5 mins to the US 27 or 2 mins to local shopping & Golf courses ( Reunion & Champions Gate )
The villa is furnished to a very high standard with hand made furniture. The family room has a 32" Cable TV, DVD, VCR & sound system. The fully equipped kitchen is well stocked with crockery, cutlary & glasses etc for over 12.
There are 2 King Bed Master suites ( both with en suite ) & 2 Twin Bedrooms. The flexible accommodation is ideal for a large family, 2 families sharing or 8 adults. Apart from the 2 en suite bathrooms, there is a further family bathroom & a half bathroom downstairs. All bedrooms have walk in closets & cable TV's.
The private heated pool is great & there are loungers, patio table & chairs for up to 8 people. Watching the fantastic array of wildlife while having a quiet drink on the deck is a must !
The villa is very child friendly, has a Games Room which has a pool table, foosball & darts. There are also a large selection of board games.
There is a digital safe & also wirefree high speed FIOS braodband ( own laptop required )
Crib / Cot, Highchair & Buggie & baby monitor are all available free of charge upon request.
We also have a great family run Management Company who look after the Villa.
