Sea Watch Condo 1312 on 115th Street, Ocean City, Maryland is the perfect place for everyone's beach vacation. From the balcony, master bedroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen, you look upon a beautiful stretch of beach where you can see people soaking up the sun and enjoying the ocean. Bring a cup of coffee onto the balcony and watch the sunrise or some ice cream to enjoy the moonlight dancing on the ocean.
Once you arrive, you can park your car in a secure parking garage, and even leave it there the whole time. Sea Watch has enough fun amenities for the whole family. You can play tennis, basketball, volleyball, or go to the playground, and then cool off in the indoor or outdoor pool. Or on a rainy day you can go to the gameroom , exercise room, sauna or billiards room. A coffee and dessert shop is open almost all day, and you can enjoy that snack in a beautiful, central courtyard under a shady tree by the fountain. Before you leave, remember to check out the gift shop for some souvenirs!
If after everything offered within the Sea Watch complex is still not enough for you, more entertainment is available right across the street at the Gold Coast Mall. Plenty of good restaurants are within walking distance, including the Three Brothers and the Crabcake Factory, but if you feel like eating in, stop by the Superfresh across the street and enjoy a full kitchen for cooking. A few streets North is Northside Park, a perfect place for roller-blading, biking, field sports, fishing and crabbing, and it has a great kids' playground. There are also many mini-golf, jet skiing, windsurfing and parasailing places nearby, along with movie theatres. All that, and you still haven't visited the ultimate entertainment spot: The Boardwalk, full of food, games, rides and people. The fun never stops in Ocean City, Maryland!

The famous Board Walk in Ocean City Maryland. North end is 27th Street. Walk or Bike South.
Miniature Golfing, 4 Locations - 7 courses, closest is 136th Steet with 3 courses.
Fields, playgrounds, pier for crabbing and fishing, trails for jogging, biking and blading... and the site of the Winterfest Lights with Santa!
Just across the street, movie theatre, food shopping, restaurants, pubs, drug store, liquor store, fitness center and shopping!

Our children have grown up vacationing in SeaWatch at Ocean City, MD. There is so much to do, without having to spend a fortune or travel. As younger children, they loved the playground and the game room. They still can't wait to run on the beach, play tennis, swim in the pools and ride bikes! This truly has been a place where we relax as a family. We never dreamed this investment would pay off with wonderful family memories and relationships that no amount of money could have purchased. Jerry & Fran have a wonderful OceanFront condo in OCMD. They were immediately attentive to some minor repair issues. Their condo is stocked with games and other cool accessories for kid's play. You really never have to drive anywhere unless you have a special destination in mind: shopping is across the street, 24/7! The view is breathtaking- we woke up with the dolphins many mornings! Parking was $40 for the week- security was present throughout the vacation, and it was a very safe place for a family vacation. The only negative comment (not Jerry & Fran's fault) is: The elevators need Air-Conditioning. This 1975 building should be updated in small ways (like the A/C) since so many people use it. The elevators were VERY hot, and somewhat unreliable. As for the experience- the view and the ocean really make you forget about the small stuff! Thanks!
Owner response:We agree, the view is breathtaking -- sunsets, moonlights, dolphins... and the security team is the tops. SeaWatch has started to replace the 3 sets of elevators. Only one of the sets was completed prior to this season. The other 2 are scheduled for this fall.

What a wonderful place for a weekend getaway or a week in the summer with the family. I've done both! The view of the ocean is fantastic - a picture I took from the balcony is the screensaver on my home computer. The kids love the playground, game room, pools, and of course the cafe. You can park and never leave! Have fun in the sun!

We try to visit O.C every year for the July 4th. We like to stay in different units each year. Your unit is very nice and we would stay again in the future. You can't beat the fireworks from the balcony. WE had four kids: two teens and two almost teens, my husband, my Mom and myself. Thank you for a clean unit, nicely furnished and well stocked. My Mom loved the view from the "captains" chair at the window.
