Our Villa is located in the largest village of Santorini, Emporio, by the south-eastern side, 3 kilometers from the popular beach of Perivolos . With his own personality, his traditional settlement with narrow picturesque alleys, castle ruins, hills & windmills makes Emporio one of the most charming villages.
Built inside the village, with different blue tones, our villa reflect a touch of Greek style with round corners and rooms style cave house.
Studio Blue is an 80 square meters room that can host 2 to 3 guests. It affords one bedroom with double bed, one open plan living-dining area, one small well equipped kitchen and one bathroom. At the roof, you will find a large & private terrace offering views of the picturesque village and its Churches. With a tasteful and enchanting interior decor, our villa provides the perfect base from which to explore Santorini.
Notes on accommodations: We offer personalized assistance to all our guests for private tours, excursions, weddings and VIP services. Small Fitness centre, swimming pool, snack bar, pool bar, private parking, laundry & ironing services are available on request at Villa Blue.
Coast/Beach: Kilometers of black sand known as the longest stretch of beach on the island, deep clear water and stylish settlement makes Perivolos one the most attracted beach of Santorini, only 3 kilometers from our studio. Vlichada, Another beach & marina, dark send beach and pebble, popular for its sunsets. There are a few rare red sand beaches on Santorini; the most popular one is Red Beach, located in Akrotiri, 6 Km from our Villa.
Travel: Nearest Port 2km, nearest airport 7km. For exploring Santorini, we also recommend to rent a car. Fira, the Capital is 12 kilometers from our villa.
Further details: Along the beach of Perivolos, a numbers of very nice Hotels, recommended & stylish sea side restaurants, fish taverns, lounge beach bars and sea activities. Near by the villa, you have several shops and grocery store. Banks, dance clubs, fashion stores, souvenirs, handmade jewellery shops and more are mainly located in Fira, Capital of the island.
Seeing sites: There are two castles, both builted by the Venitians, the first one, Kasteli and the second one in the village entrance, Goulas. You can also visit the archaeological site of ancient Elefsine. As long as you go down to Perissa, Perovolos, The Byzantine church of Agia Irini (ST. Irene, from which the name Santorini derived) is worth visiting and the Museum of Minerals and fossils.
Hiking: A path starting from Perissa leads the ancient city of Thira to the mountain Mesa Vouno (between Kamari and Perissa). It takes around 1/2 hours and offer fantastic views of the island. Also from Fira, crossed the popular hiking path that lead to Oia after 3 ½ hours, an other beautiful village of Santorini.
The rates are quoted in euro per day, include all the taxes. Additional guest, 35 euro.
Check in time is 2pm. Check out time is 11am.
A 10% discount will apply for staying more then 7 days. Available all year on special requests.
Reservation confirmation: For any booking at Studio Blue, we kindly ask you to contact us by email or by telephone. In order to secure a booking we need a credit card deposit. Payment is due upon check out in cash.
Cancellation policy: Any cancellation less than 21 days prior to the arrival date results in 50% payment of the entire booking. Any cancellation within seven (7) days prior to the arrival date or non appearance or less-stay, may result in 100% payment of the entire booking. The one night's deposit, after being paid, is non-refundable in any case, but can be used for re-booking purposes within one year.
Rates includes: Umbrellas & comfy chairs all time during the day and swimming pool, near from villa, at Perivolos beach, Bottle of wine and flower, maid services and all the taxes.
Studio Blue offer regular transfer service from/to port/airport at a cost of 20 euro for two guests, extra guest, 5 euro. We also offer VIP transfer, 30 euro for two guests. |
