Why the Owner Chose Queens
We purchased property in Rego Park Queens, because of it's proximity to Manhattan (19 minutes by subway from Midtown...which is a lot quicker than when we were renting on the Upper East Side of Manhattan), and the neighborhood in Rego Park is very safe, interesting, with lots of great restaurants...not to mention being beautiful!

Phil Barrile and wife Jillann Gabrielle own and manage properties in Chicago, New York City (Queens), Miami and Los Angeles (Hollywood). They are very experienced managers and are attentive to your every need. They are full-time entertainment professionals by trade but have real estate as a side business/investment. Jill is an experienced interior designer...that's what their vacation rentals are furnished so beautifully. Phil currently resides full-time in Chicago and will be there to insure your full comfort...in fact he offers a shuttle service to and from the airports for your convenience!

Dear JPL, Our stay in the Rego Park Broadway apartment was very comfortable. My partner and I felt right at home and found both the location and the apartment clean, vivaciously decorated, and secure. We also really appreciated that the subway, good restaurants and shopping were within a five minute walk of the apartment. Lionel was a very friendly and prompt agent and overall we really enjoyed our stay. In the future, we will definitely consider JPL properties when vacationing and will definitely recommend them to our friends and family. Thank you again for a lovely stay. My friend and I stayed here at the beginning of July for a week. The apartment was clean, bed was comfy, convenient train 3 blocks away, and most important, this place was affordable. Apartment is very nicely decorated, and had an old NY feel. We loved the very mixed neighborhood of mostly Russian, Asian, and Indian. You have access to Manhattan and all the other boroughs easily, which we did as our business was in Brooklyn. This high rise had a nice view from the patio, and we didn’t hear any neighbors. There was a bit of construction in the morning, but we weren’t home for most of the day anyway. There were nights when we came home well after midnight, stopped at the 24 hour deli only 2 blocks away for a snack, and had no problems walking around the neighborhood. (We are 2 single girls!) Best thing is that this lively Queens neighborhood always has people walking, even late at night, so it never felt scary. We found the best cheesecake (no kidding) a few stops up in Forest Hills, at Martha’s. No complaints, but if there was one, the bathroom is a little small, and we couldn’t find electrical outlets in it. We always make do, so we used the dining area to use our hair appliances. Everything worked out really well, and we can’t beat the price. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Phil!
