Accommodations: Condo - 2 Bedrooms - 2 Baths - (Sleeps 4)

Front door security gate - Mazatlan Vacation Rentals This second story condo is beautifully furnished. The living room has a leather couch and loveseat with wood end tables and coffee table. It has a 32 inch flat screen TV. Both bedrooms are spacious and contain KING SIZE beds with top of the line, pillow-top mattresses. Linens are high quality Egyptian cotton with 600 thread count. Towels in both bathrooms are color coordinated with the bedding and are also of high quality. We have provided beach towels as well. The view from the living room and the master bedroom are of the ocean, not far below. Both rooms open to an enclosed patio with table and chairs. The second bedroom also has a balcony and it looks out at the beautiful mountains. The kitchen is well appointed with all the appliances one would need to make a vacation enjoyable. Although Mazatlan has a great assortment of great restaurants, if you choose to cook in we have provided all you would need. This unit also has its own washer & dryer and an available wine locker. Costa Bonita Paraiso has gas bar-b-ques for use by all the guests, as well as a restaurant that serves great food from 8:00am to 4:00pm. There is also a bar which serves drinks until 8:00pm. Paraiso is located right next to Torres Mazatlan which also has a great restaurant and bar with extended hours. Transportation is not a problem since taxis are always available on the street and the bus stops right in front, as well. As well as the gym and sauna facilities, there is also an onsite massage therapist who is terrific and reasonably priced. There are 2 pools, one heated with a swim spa and one not, as well as a large outdoor hot tub. Paraiso has a media center where one can go to read or watch TV. Wireless internet is also accessible from this room, as well as from other areas, including our rental unit. The media center also contains books and magazines which guests can borrow during their stay. Unlike other rentals at this complex, we live here and will not turn you over to a rental agent. All questions or concerns are always handled by us personally.
