Your personal elevator welcomes you into this beautiful second story condo. The condo is beautifully furnished. The living room has a leather couch and love seat with wood end tables and coffee table. It has a 32 inch flat screen TV with Star Choice satellite providing all Canadain and US networks.
Both bedrooms are spacious and contain KING SIZE beds with top of the line, pillow-top mattresses. Linens are high quality Egyptian cotton with 600 thread count. Towels in both bathrooms are color coordinated with the bedding and are also of high quality. We have provided beach towels as well.
The view from the living room and the master bedroom are floor to ceiling of the ocean and beach not far below.Provinding views of dolphins and whales and spectacular sunsets !! Both rooms open to an enclosed patio with table and chairs. The second bedroom also has a balcony and it looks out at the beautiful mountains.
The kitchen is well appointed with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and all the appliances one would need to make a vacation enjoyable. Although Mazatlan has a great assortment of great restaurants, if you choose to cook in we have provided all you would need. This unit also has its own washer & dryer.
Costa Bonita Paraiso has gas bar-b-ques for use by all the guests, as well as a restaurant/palapa that serves great food from 8:00am to 4:00pm. There is also a bar which serves drinks until 8:00pm. Paraiso is located right next to Torres Mazatlan which also has a great restaurant and bar with extended hours. Transportation is not a problem since taxis are always available on the street and the bus stops right in front, as well. There is also a small convience shop nearby across the boulevard that stocks most things you might need. A short cab ride to the Mega grocery store provides you with all the items you may find in any grocery store in Canada or the US including drug store items, and the taxi drivers there are plentiful and friendly and willing to help you bring all yor purchases home.
There are 2 pools, one heated with a swim spa and one not, as well as a large outdoor hot tub.
We have a secure wireless internet hookup in the condo wireless internet is also accessible from other areas on the property the code for which can be found at the office. The condo also has a phone from which local calls only can be made, great for making reservations at the numerous restaurants in the Golden Zone or in Old Town Mazatlan.

What a wonderful Condo. It was everything I expected and more. Definately a 5 ++ Well equipped,lots of room, great view, great location, great weather and great people. what more could we ask for? Will definately return.

Mazatlan is wonderful, the Paraiso is fabulous, this unit was perfect. Not too over-decorated, easy to maintain, everything worked, the owners were delightfully helpful and attentive. After a month, it was the perfect get-away home. Next year, we will return, but for even longer. Couldn't have felt safer nor have met more friendly people.

Wow!! We had the best vacation staying in Rich and Carol's condo at the Costa Bonita Paraiso. There was my husband, myself, my husbands mother and her sister and this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo was more than ample. It was equipped with everything you could possibly want/need. Dishes, bowls, blender, wine glasses...you name it! If this was a hotel it would be graded 5*++. The palapa by the pool offer breakfast, lunch and cocktails at great prices. You really can't go wrong!! We will be returning soon..very very soon!

My husband and I brought his mom and her sister with us for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Paraiso Costa Bonita. Rich and Carol rented us a 2bdrm 2 bathroom unit that was more than ample for the 4 of us. They were a pleasure to deal with and the unit is well equipped with lots of kitchen cooking wares, glasses, dishes etc. Beautifully furnished, comfy beds...it truly was a vacation in paradise!!
