Are you looking for that perfect home near Branson and Table Rock Lake? This is it! With this beautifully western decorated 6 bedroom, 4 baths, 2 living areas, and the pool and clubhouse located only 1 house away, there's plenty for all to do!
In typical Porch Swing Vacation Home fashion, we looked through out the Branson area for just the right house as we wanted to find the best location for everything. What a great place to take in the Landing, Branson, Restaurants and Shows and still have the views of the lake and quietness of the countryside. And this home is in a great location to take advantage of the new airport scheduled to open next year. It's never too early to plan next years reunion or vacation but don't wait too long!
Did we mention the public boat launch is only a couple minutes drive? Bring the boat and have a great time on the lake. Why even Grandma and Grandpa can watch you pull the kids on the boat as this home has fantastic views of the lake. We have parking for your boat in a gated area nearby after your day of fishing or tubing.
After your day on the lake or in Branson, come relax by the beautiful new pool with brand new patio furniture while the kids burn off that last bit of energy. The clubhouse is sure to please as they have gone the extra mile to make it outstanding. With new furniture, TV's and a Pool Table, it's a great clubhouse! Or when they all have had enough of the sun, come back inside The Homestead to lounge in front of the new 42 inch flat screen TV or have a game of foosball in the downstairs living room of your private vacation house.
And how nice when the little buck-a-Roos are all tucked in to go relax in one of the 5 remaining bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large Jacuzzi tub to soak those aches away from the afternoon skiing on the lake! After all, we not as young as we use to be! Or sit out on the porch in the evening and have some grown up time visiting with Mom and Dad listing to the crickets, birds, and other night time wildlife with the cool breeze from the lake in this beautiful country setting.
