Stayed for a week, mid-April. Loved, loved, LOVED everything about this house. Beautifully decorated, well thought out floor plan - spotless on our arrival. Views of the beach are amazing from the balcony off the master bedroom. Literally steps to the ocean. Beach was very private - had it almost to ourselves the whole week. Saw several dolphins (they swam in very close to shore in the early evenings and mornings), fish, even a stingray. Several activities nearby - went deep sea fishing (highly recommend FishTaxi charters), Pirate Ship at St John's Pass, Clearwater Aquarium. Or you can just sit on the beach, splash in the waves and enjoy some downtime. House had several toys and boogie boards etc to use (we added a few to the collection as well). The owner and property manager were both very helpful from the beginning - easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. Would have stayed a month if we could! Highly recommend and can't wait to go back!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This property was just what I was looking forward to. An after holiday escape for my me and my family. The location is perfect for long beach walks, restaurants and bars are close by and an array of great golf courses within close proximity. The amenities of the house are fantastic and welcoming and you quickly feel like its your own home!! We even had beautiful herons visiting daily which I think would have like to join us at the kitchen table if allowed!! I hesitate to recommend this property as it will lessen the availability for our next vacation! :-)Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Home had everything our family could have wanted for a great beach get-away. Home was comfortable, had a beautiful view, great beach access, and loads of beach toys, towels, chairs, etc. Kitchen was well equipped and the living room made a great gathering spot. The location was convenient to activities and lots of good dining. The website photos and information accurately depicted the home.Everyone we were in contact with during the rental process and our vacation was friendly and helpful. We felt invited.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We enjoyed the sleep number bed it was so comfortable you never wanted to get out of bed. All the ameneties were top notch. Al's home had everything you could possible need and then some. This is the most perfect vacation spot! My children (Owen, 4 and Claire, 2) had never been to the beach before and my mother-in-law decided it was the perfect time to introduce them to the ocean and booked this trip. It couldn’t have been a more perfect place to take them for their first beach experience. The proximity to the ocean was absolutely wonderful and the children had a GREAT time! My son would have stayed on the beach digging in the sand all day if we let him. The house is absolutely beautiful and provided everything we could have wanted on our much needed vacation. The views from the upstairs balcony and even from outside the kitchen/living room area are breathtaking. On our last morning, we were outside on the upstairs balcony and saw 3 dolphins swimming about 10 feet from shore right in front of the house! It was absolutely amazing! We had wonderful weather and even got to witness a wedding next door on the beach (the next day, the mother of the bride stopped over with leftover wedding cake!). I know that this is an experience that my children (and the adults as well) will remember for years to come. We hope to visit again next year and maybe begin a tradition of visiting this house every year for some much needed R&R. I highly recommend to anyone considering staying in Clearwater Beach to rent this house. We had a wonderful time! Thanks again, The Beebe FamilyRecommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

To Whom It May Concern, It was our thrill and pleasure to vacation at 20250 Gulf Blvd. in Indian Shores, Florida in August, 2012. The accommodations were superb. This property contains all the necessities for sure, but it also contains many niceties. An example of just one of the extras is the remote-controlled wall-wide shades in the huge master bedroom. Being able to raise them while lying in bed to see a breath-taking view of the water is an amazing thing. This property has all of the comforts (and more) of home. There is easy access between Clearwater and St. Petersburg. The house provides all the latest and greatest for your comfort, pleasure and enjoyment. This property far exceeded all of our expectations and imaginations. I think this is probably the only single family rental with a full intercostal view in the front of the house. I remember the first time we open the door, [and I agree with other people], the description, pictures and videos, don’t do justice to the real experience of the atmosphere you sense when you take you first breath of air inside the house; The spacious living room, the cozy dining area, ample and functional kitchen, the warm color of the walls and decoration make you instantly feel you are in some magical place, this house is a master mixture of modern and peaceful mood, my kids got comfortable and happy when they realized they had satellite on a huge big screen TV with awesome surround system. They knew they were safe for the week. A spacious master bedroom, from side to side of the house! The master bathroom with the variable electronic shower is a plus!! You get massage by the different settings on it. Wonderful king size sleep number bed! Wake up and grab the electronic window blind control and experience the wonderful view straight from your bed. Everything is kept smelling super fresh and clean!! My wife and I went up north for an hour on a beach walk; Is a treat to be looking at the ocean on one side, and the variety of properties on the other side; we were marbled at the beautiful buildings, hotels and houses, I think people make this walks a part of their schedule. I remember pointing at two or three houses I liked. But I remember too how I would seat in in the afternoons in the upstairs bedroom looking at the ocean and the people doing their “property looking walks” and seeing how they stop in front of “my house…” they couldn’t see me through the tinted glass, and I saw them pointing at the beautiful modern design of the house, {I would think: I know I know is beautiful!!} once or twice I remember fighting the temptation to go out there and show them what they been missing on. Over all, the experience was wonderful; apart from the main beaches,it provides peace and serenity. This certainly has helped us build new wonderful family memories. I would do it over and over. I can’t wait to experience it again!! Thank you Mr. Al and staff God Bless!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We lost track of the number of times we simply said, “Wow!” The beauty of the spacious upstairs bedroom looking out to the Gulf tempted us to stay there for the whole week, but the easy access to the beach drew us out and into the perfectly temperate water. We walked on the beach, sat on the beach and read (and people-watched) without feeling crowded, but without feeling isolated either. Just right. The water temperature didn’t require any “getting used to”, but remained refreshingly cool the entire time we soaked and swam. Just right. No matter where we drove, it was always good to come back. This home has every convenience necessary, is well appointed and very well organized. It provides easy access to all the sightseeing anybody could want. Specifically, we loved eating at the Tapas Garden. Without knowing anything about it, we happened upon it the first night there and the quality of fresh food knocked us over. We went back several times during the week. Salt Rock Grill (to the south) and Guppy’s (to the north) were also notable and memorable. Whether you want action or rest, privacy or community, sightseeing or lounging, conveniences of modern living or feeling close to nature, you have it at 20250 Gulf Blvd. We had a perfect vacation experience. What can we say . . . “just right.”Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We were so excited when we arrived at the house for our honeymoon. Neither of us had ever been to Florida, and at the end of our wonderful week, neither of us wanted to leave! The rooms were so spacious and inviting! The beautiful colors on the inside of the home simply reflected the beauty of the view from the windows. The house practically sparkled, just like the water you could see from the porch! Every morning we made coffee with the wonderful one-cup machine, cooked breakfast, and went for a walk on the beach. We found tons of tiny shells, kicked in the waves, and even found pieces of sand dollars. The beach was always quiet, never very many people, and most were walking just as we were. We wanted to tour a bit, but soon discovered we had arrived in the off-season, so a couple of restaurants and museums were closed when we went (call ahead!). This did not deter us though! We saw Fort De Soto (and bought souveniers), walked down a pier and saw hundreds of sardines swimming with egrets (or cranes?) flying overhead, ate amazing pizza at Mike's in Largo, and thoroughly enjoyed our much-needed vacation! One of our favorite days was Wednesday. We stayed at "home," went for many walks, sat in the waves in search of shells, spent hours making a great sandcastle (and a moat), took a nap on the wonderful Sleep Number bed, and splashed in the waves at sunset (all of which were amazing). We really did not need or want to ever leave our honeymoon home! This was a great experience that anyone could enjoy, best place we could have possibly had our honeymoon (and hopefully some vacations to come!).Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The pictures do not do this home justice. The home is beautiful and the view is even better. We felt right at home, but like we were on a luxury vacation at the same time. This house is right across the canal and the sun rise is amazing, and the beach is the backyard, which has even better sunsets. This house is close enough, but far enough away from the tourist spots. We had to drive to parasail but it was 15 minutes at most in the car. The little city of Indian Shores is so wonderful. People are great and so nice, the scenary is gorgeous. My husband and I want to retire here! From the house, we were within walking distance from cute little shops, restaurants, live music, etc. My husband and I needed a romantic getaway and this was ideal. We ate out at some restuarants and the food was AMAZING everywhere we went. We also decided to eat in and and cook a couple of nights too. I was concerned we may not have a full kitchen, but we had everything we needed from seasoning to pots and pans. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything you would need from board games to top of the line entertainment center, to a huge, amazing tub! It was so easy to find everything! After staying here all I can say is Private beach is the ONLY way to go. The entire back of the house is sliding glass doors and all you see the beach, the water, and the sky, (which is the most amazing thing to wake up to in the morning). Thirty steps from the patio, you're on the beach. It's quiet, peaceful, and anything but crowded. I had the best nights of sleep in this house in a beautifully decorated Master bedroom and woke up to the perfect view of white sand and crystal blue ocean. I can't wait to come back. I would absolutely recommend this house to everybody I know.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
