This property is at the mouth of a cove for expansive lake/mountain views, yet in a "no wake" zone for safety when swimming and using the boat dock. Enjoy the convenience of leasing a boat/jet ski from Anchorage Marina, located close by. Driving access is entirely paved, just 1.5 miles off Hwy. 76.
The house sits nestled in the woods right at the water's edge. You'll love the wrap around deck and screened porch with rocking chairs and a dining area. Inside enjoy a fun casual charm with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. All have double beds, as does the sleeper sofa in the living room.
