After tanning by day, enjoy golden sunsets on the beach or on Pink Cheeks’ private, third-story sundeck.
Decorated for comfort, Pink Cheeks was designed with vacationers in mind. In the living room, sink into comfy armchairs and sofas. If you feel like making a meal, a fully-stocked kitchen allows you everything for a relaxing night around the dinner table. The dining room seats up to six comfortably, with more seating at the bar and on the screened front porch. If you feel like going out for dinner, 30-A, with its variety of restaurants and cocktail bars, is just steps away.
With 3 bedrooms and 4.5 baths there is no need for rushing or waiting in line when getting ready for a day at the beach or an evening out. The second floor offers 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The third floor den has a pullout sofa and private bath.
Summer’s Edge is centrally located between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Whether a golfer, a biker, or just a drowsy, lounging beach bum, Pink Cheeks has everything you need for a perfect Florida vacation.

The house is situated right across the one way street from one of the neighborhood pools and only 70 yards from the boardwalk to beach. Quiet neighborhood of vacationers. The 3 level home is spacious, comfortable and inviting for our family of six with plenty of room to spare. The screened-in porch is a welcome addition that many homes in the area don't have. This is a well-appointed beach home.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We love Pink Cheeks! This was our second time to stay at Pink Cheeks, and we will definitely be back again next year. It is, by far, our favorite beach house. We travel with another family each year. There are 8 of us, and Pink Cheeks has plenty of room for all of us. The accommodations are top notch! The pool and beach are close by which is a must for us. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We are home from our fabulous beach trip! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home. We are already talking about making plans for next year. This was, by far our favorite place to stay ever. We have been to the beach for years with friends and have stayed in Destin, Seacrest and Crystal Beach-always in condos. It was nice to be in a house just steps away from the beach. We loved having a bathroom n every room! It was truly perfect.
